Dawagala's farmland covers an area of 120 acres, which is considered a large household in the village, of which more than 90 acres are used to grow barley. "In the past, the six laborers in the family worked hard in the fields all year round, and there was no extra labor to support the family. Dawagala said that now the family only needs the husband and wife to plow, plant and harvest, and the rest go out to work, liberating the family's labor force.
In order to solve the contradiction between migrant workers and home-based farming labor in the village, it has become increasingly prominent. Jianda Village has established the Shishan Agricultural Machinery Planting Farmers' Cooperative, which comprehensively explores the use of cultivated land to enter the cooperative, liberates excess labor, and realizes income increase and prosperity. Since the establishment of the cooperative, the village has liberated a total of 120 laborers every year, and achieved an increase of more than 360 yuan in income from migrant workers.
Dawagala is also a member of the cooperative. He can also get more than 7,000 yuan a year from the cooperative.
