Under the guidance of the instructor, the team members visited the sewage treatment equipment and facilities in turn—coarse grid, fine grid, aeration grit tank, biological tank, secondary sedimentation tank, activated coke tank, etc. In the working area of the coarse and fine grids, the team members intuitively saw that when the sewage was discharged in, the impurities and solid particles in the sewage were magically separated and filtered out. The instructor explained to the team members in easy-to-understand language every process and process of residential and enterprise sewage from entering the factory to leaving the factory.
Following the footsteps of the teacher, everyone immersed themselves in the entire sewage treatment process along the process line of sewage treatment, and looked for the mystery of turning sewage from turbidity to clean and waste to treasure. When they saw that the turbid sewage in the activated coke pond finally became clear and transparent through a series of complex processes, and fish could be raised directly, the team members were amazed by the exquisite technology of sewage treatment.

Through this research activity, the team members not only understood the process and principle of sewage treatment at "zero distance", but also immersed themselves in the magic of turning sewage into "clear stream".
