On April 24, the Lamborghini Urus SE made its world premiere. The new car follows the current styling design, with fine-tuned details, a 14mm reduction in length, a replacement of 4.0T V8+ plug-in hybrid power, and a significant increase in parameters compared with the current model, equipped with a 25.9kWh lithium battery pack, and a pure electric range of more than 60km.
The Urus SE has a fastback shape with an exaggerated grille at the front, a "C" shape for the headlights, a more complex grille shape at the bottom, a blacked-out mesh trim in the middle of the tail, and a license plate frame moved down to the middle of the rear bumper.
Urus S
The Urus SE center console has been enlarged to 12.3 inches and uses the latest display page, with a 12.3-inch full LCD instrument cluster, more carbon fibre trim strips added to the interior compared to the Urus S, and a reduced grille inside the air conditioning vents.
The Urus SE engine has a maximum power of 456 kW and a peak torque of 800 Nm, a combined system power of 588 kW and a combined torque of 950 Nm, and accelerates from zero to 100 in 3.4 seconds. The new mid-mounted longitudinal electric torque vectoring system provides a continuous, variable torque distribution between the front and rear axles. Thanks to the addition of a plug-in hybrid system, CO2 emissions can be reduced by 80 percent, and fuel consumption is expected to be significantly reduced.
