In the withdrawal letter, Surache said that "there is no intention to continue the complaint against the prime minister, but not to withdraw any complaint against the investigators in this case," Nivachai said. Despite this, the Anti-Corruption Commission will continue to investigate Saita, as the leader of Thailand's United Freedom Party, Selipiso, has previously made similar accusations against Saita.
