In the withdrawal letter, Surache said that "there is no intention to continue the complaint against the prime minister, but not to withdraw any complaint against the investigators in this case," Nivachai said. Despite this, the Anti-Corruption Commission will continue to investigate Saita, as the leader of Thailand's United Freedom Party, Selipiso, has previously made similar accusations against Saita.
On the same day, Saita said in an interview with reporters that he had just learned about the incident and had not communicated with Surachet so far. In this regard, Saita once again said that he would not put pressure on either side, and hoped that the matter would be dealt with by the judicial process in the future.
