Collect social conditions and public opinions online through the "12345" service hotline and residents' WeChat groups, implement the immediate handling of complaints, solve the demands of the masses in the first time, and do our best to solve problems for the masses; Offline relying on the "conflict mediation room" set up by the community party-mass service center to collect and resolve residents' opinions and suggestions, and resolve conflicts and disputes. Since the establishment of the community, it has collected 4 opinions and suggestions from residents on road renovation and improvement and environmental sanitation renovation in the community, successfully mediated 3 conflicts and disputes, and solved more than 6 problems of residents. At the same time, relying on the community New Era Civilization Practice Station, more than 10 popular activities such as "Red Song Teaching and Singing", "New Year's Day Paper-cutting", "Dumplings in the New Year", "New Year Painting Group Fan", "Lantern Festival Riddle Guessing" and "Women's Day Nail Art" were carried out on a regular basis, guiding residents to go out of their homes and communicate with each other, meet the individual needs of different residents, and effectively improve the refinement level and efficiency of grassroots governance in the community.
