Legend has it that in ancient times, Ganchengzi at the foot of Helan Mountain was lush with lush vegetation and fragrant melons and fruits, and the 300 households here lived a life like a garden outside the world. Speaking of which, it is all dependent on the fact that the castle has a spring the size of a bucket.
Regardless of spring, summer, autumn and winter, day and night, the spring water trickles out, gurgling sound, like lotus petals open, like a flower core Shu roll. What's even more amazing is that the temperature of the spring water is always around 12 degrees Celsius, and the spring water is sweet and sweet in the mouth. Whenever in the middle of summer, the spring water is cool and pleasant, refreshing people's hearts and spleens, but in the cold winter, this spring water is hot and diffuse, as if the illusion is in general, and the local people call it "sweet spring". To the north of Ganquan, a large lake naturally formed. In addition to drinking, the local people also use the water from the lake to water their crops and orchards, so they are carefree and prosperous. Because of this spring, this place is called "Ganchengzi".
When the Taoist immortal Zhang Guo rode a donkey to the west, he passed by here, smelled the fragrance of water, drank several scoops of spring water, suddenly felt relieved of sleepiness and fatigue, and his spirit doubled, and he exclaimed as "divine water". So he stationed here, cultivated the elixir with divine water, and hung the pot to help the world. When the people of Siye heard that the immortals were cultivating here, they all brought their children and generals to ask for medicine. No matter what the illness was, Zhang Guolao just squinted his eyes, scooped half a scoop of spring water, and then recited a few incantations to let the patient drink the spring water. The strange thing is that within half a bag of cigarettes, all the patients are all healed. Even the patient who had been paralyzed for many days and carried on a stretcher, after drinking the divine water that the immortal had cast a spell, actually got up from the stretcher. All those who were suffering from poisonous sores and malignant skin diseases were washed with divine water, and within ten days, they were cured. There is also the blind man who has not seen the light of day for many years to seek medical treatment, Zhang Guolao drank his own sip of divine water, and suddenly spit on the blind man's blindness, and the blind man suddenly had a spirit, and suddenly opened his eyes and saw the true appearance of the world clearly.
A year later, Zhang Guolao traveled east again. Many people who were sick came here to drink a few sips of spring water, and in a few days they were cured of their diseases. The local people are very grateful for the merits of the sweet spring of the gods, and built a temple on the west side of the spring, enshrined Zhang Guolao who saved the dead and helped the wounded and relieved the sick in the world, and the upper hall enshrined the Jade Emperor and the Queen Mother of the West Heaven and other immortals.
Later, out of nowhere, a big black python with the size of a water tank came and occupied the sacred water sweet spring. The common people wanted to use the divine water to cure the disease, as long as they were close to the sweet spring, but they were all grabbed and swallowed by the big black python, and there were not even bones left. The big black python not only did not let the people use the sweet spring water to cure their diseases, but also cast a spell to cover the divine spring and the treasure lake with black mist, so that the people could no longer drink the spring water. Miasma and malaria were rampant, and the people were so miserable that they fled elsewhere. A "Ganchengzi" at the good end has become a "dry city" with no grass.
Let's say that the Queen Mother of Naxi was practicing in retreat in the Yaochi Cave, and suddenly on a whim, she pinched her fingers and knew that it was the big black python who was doing evil and harming people in Ganchengzi. So, the Queen Mother sent two fairies under her command, "Xuan" and "Coo", to Ganchengzi and killed the big black python with the green dragon sword given by the emperor. Ganquan returned to the embrace of the people, and the people who fled to other places returned to their homes when they heard the news, and "Ganchengzi" also changed back to "Ganchengzi".
The two fairies, "Xuan" and "Ko", used fairy medicine to dispel the plague and heal the people. He also helped the local people to resume production, and taught the local people how to farm and weave. Legend has it that the fairy grass brought by the mortal can expel the plague and bring the dead back to life, and the Yao Chi fairy fruit brought by Co will teach the people to plant it in the spring, and they will be able to harvest bunches of crystal clear fruits in the autumn. The green one is like jade, the purple one is like agate, the fruit is rich, sweet like syrup, and people call it "the tree of life".
When the fruit is too much to eat, it is stored in a large vat, and after a while, the fruit turns into a shiny jewel-colored liquid. There is a bold taste, sweet and delicious, slightly drunk like a fantasy, this is what later generations called wine. So wine is not an invention, but a discovery. In order to commemorate the two fairies, the descendants of the Ganchengzi area called the fairy grass they brought "Huangqiao", and the fairy fruit was called "Huangkou". "The orchard at the foot of Helan Mountain is completed, and the north and south of the Yangtze River are famous", the poem written by the Tang Dynasty poet Wei Chan with pride is the true portrayal of the grape harvest under Helan Mountain. Now the people in the Ganchengzi area believe in this legend like "history", if you have the slightest doubt, he will be anxious with you.
In the 21st century, under the promotion of the party committee and government of the autonomous region, the grape industry at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain has developed rapidly. In 2012, Xie Shengli, Fang Liang, Zhang Xueyan and other seven like-minded partners who are full of vision for the wine industry decided to start a joint business. When naming the winery, Zhang Xueyan immediately thought of this legend that was widely spread in the local area, and proposed to name the winery "Royal Colony Winery". Everyone was surprisingly unanimous.
Zhang Xueyan introduced that the "Ko" in the name of Huangkou Winery comes from the legends and stories passed down by people in the Ganchengzi area. The logo design of Huangkou Winery also integrates elements such as auspicious clouds, Shennong Ding, fairies, fairy grass and wine glasses. The two fairies "Xuan" and "Coo", benevolence for the people, to save the world, become a model for later generations to talk about and praise. This has also become the feelings of several winery partners for the country and the pursuit of common values.
It is understood that the Royal Vineyard has planted a total of 2,000 acres of organic vineyards, and the star wine of the winery, the Royal Junior Mansson Sweet White Wine, performed brilliantly, and the 2018 vintage of Junior Mansson won the Grand Gold Award in the 14th G100 International Wine and Spirits Competition, with excellent quality.
