1. Distribution and categories of exhibition areas
The whole wheat industry chain and the "four new" modern agriculture indoor exhibition have a total of 8 exhibition areas, including new varieties exhibition area, new technology (fertilizer, pesticide) exhibition area, new equipment exhibition area (agricultural machinery, smart agriculture), new farmer exhibition area, scientific research achievements exhibition area, wheat industry chain exhibition area, food appreciation area and Xinji special agricultural products exhibition area, etc., the booth is divided into special exhibition and standard exhibition, and the exhibition period is May 19-24, 2024.
Special exhibitions: There are about 20 special exhibitions in the conference, with a single booth area of 36-64 square meters.
Standard exhibition: There are about 100 standard exhibitions, and the area of a single booth is 9 square meters (3m*3m).
2. Introduction to the exhibition area
1. New varieties exhibition area. Display the new and excellent wheat varieties and brand images independently cultivated by national wheat seed enterprises and scientific research institutes.
2. New technology exhibition area. Display the new technologies, new products and brand images of scientific research units and fertilizer, pesticides, technical services and other enterprises.
3. New equipment exhibition area. The wheat agricultural service equipment from all over the country is displayed, including arable land, sowing, irrigation, harvesting, seed processing and storage, testing equipment and packaging, etc., highlighting the strength of China's wheat production equipment.
4. New Farmer Routine Exhibition Area. It shows the typical stories of contemporary new farmers applying the "four new" modern agricultural model.
5. Exhibition of scientific research achievements. Gather scientific research institutions in Hebei and other major wheat-producing provinces to showcase the research results in related fields of the whole wheat industry chain.
6. Wheat industry chain exhibition area. The latest achievements of the wheat industry chain are displayed, including wheat processing, storage, high-quality wheat, dry alkali wheat deep processing and related products.
7. Wheat food tasting area. Wheat-related delicacies such as bread, steamed buns, buns, biscuits, noodles, dumplings, cakes and other wheat-related delicacies are displayed, and wheat varieties and processing techniques can be felt in the food.
8. Xinji special agricultural products exhibition area. Select and display the characteristic high-quality agricultural and sideline products and cultural and creative products of Xinji Market to enhance the popularity and reputation of Xinji agricultural products.
3. Booth fees
There is no booth fee, and exhibitors need to pay the construction cost.
The construction cost of the standard exhibition is 1,000 yuan/piece, which is built by the organizing committee, and each booth is equipped with a table and two chairs, 2 spotlights, 1 line socket, and 1 lintel, and the background picture comes with or is designed and produced by itself.
The special exhibition is designed and built by the exhibitors themselves, and the expenses are borne by themselves. (You can use the builder recommended by the conference, and the specific price is determined according to the design plan).
4. Other sponsorships
1. Assembly tote bag. 50,000 yuan/session (each tote bag contains a front and a side advertisement, made of fabric, and the number is not less than 800).
2. Water for the conference. 30,000 yuan/conference period (including design and production, placed at the opening ceremony and wheat innovation report, and distributed to the audience, exhibitors, etc., in the form of labeling, the sponsor information will be pasted on the bottle, including the company's name, slogan and logo, the number is not less than 2,000 bottles).
