Innovative career, driving life, spring breeze warmth, sailing the ocean. In order to implement the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, improve the employment and entrepreneurship ability of workers, promote the successful entrepreneurship of workers and promote employment through entrepreneurship, in accordance with the spirit of the "Notice of the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau on Strengthening Entrepreneurship Training" (Hu Ren She Gui [2023] No. 7), the "Ma Lanhua Plan" and the 8th "Innovative Career Drives Life" will be fully implemented The Ma Lanhua and Entrepreneurship Valley Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Camp for Lingang University students started as scheduled from March 29th to 31st at the picturesque Shanghai Ocean University.
The training camp was hosted by Shanghai Ocean University, guided by Shanghai Student Affairs Center, Shanghai Employment Promotion Center, and Shanghai University Student Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Foundation, and supported by Shanghai Pudong New Area Employment Promotion Center, Lingang universities, Shanghai Ocean University National University Science and Technology Park, Shanghai Haida Entrepreneurship Incubator Co., Ltd., Pengda Incubator, Shanghai Haoai Culture Communication Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Taoran Education Technology Co., Ltd. The linkage of the three districts and the integration of entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial service resources continue to empower the "Ma Lanhua Plan" training course.
On the morning of March 29, the opening ceremony of the 2024 "Innovative Career, Driving Life" 8th Lingang University Student Ma Lanhua and Entrepreneurship Valley Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Camp was held in Conference Room 104 of the Administration Building. Wang Wanfang, chief of the entrepreneurship training section of the Entrepreneurship Guidance Department of the Municipal Employment Promotion Center, fully affirmed the school's positive efforts in innovation and entrepreneurship, and hoped that relying on the "Ma Lanhua Plan" (GYB) training course, it can further integrate multiple resources to help entrepreneurs understand what an enterprise is and what is a business idea, analyze and evaluate whether they are suitable for starting a business, and produce a lot of entrepreneurial projects by mastering the methods of generating business ideas, and screen, analyze and confirm the most suitable entrepreneurial projects for themselves. Pan Guoxiang, Deputy Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Department of the Shanghai Student Affairs Center, pointed out that the innovation and entrepreneurship training camp should focus on cultivating students' entrepreneurial awareness and improving entrepreneurial ability, providing more convenient, feasible and targeted entrepreneurship guidance services and entrepreneurship training for students with entrepreneurial intentions, and creating a good innovation and entrepreneurship service ecology. Jin Xin, Deputy Chief of the Entrepreneurship Guidance Section of Shanghai Pudong New Area Employment Promotion Center, expressed his sincere respect to our university and the Lingang University Alliance on behalf of the Pudong Branch of the Shanghai Entrepreneurship Guidance Expert Volunteer Group, and introduced the Ma Lanhua Program. Sun Honggang, director of the Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Center of our school, introduced the original intention and achievements of our school to carry out the innovation and entrepreneurship training program for 8 consecutive years, and hoped that the students would work intensively, be knowledgeable and knowledgeable in this training, and return with a full load.
This event hired Wang Xiao, a member of the "100-person Expert Group" of Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Yi Can, an entrepreneurship guidance expert in Shanghai, and an army of Shanghai Ocean University entrepreneurship mentors, and served as the training lecturer of the 2024 Shanghai Entrepreneurship Training "Ma Lanhua Plan" (GYB) Shanghai Ocean University Station. Yi Can spoke as a representative of the lecturer team of this training course.
Wang Xiaoyan, the representative of the 7th Entrepreneurship Training Camp and the first prize winner team of the 2023 Shanghai Female College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and the 2021 food science and engineering major of the School of Food Science and Engineering of Shanghai Ocean University, shared her insights on innovation and entrepreneurship with the new batch of students. Han Dongxing, a 2021 robotics major from the School of Engineering of Shanghai Ocean University, spoke on stage as a representative of the 8th Entrepreneurship Training Camp team, and talked about the importance of practical innovation based on his own experience, and shared his thoughts and future expectations for innovation and entrepreneurship.
Yu Chunfeng, assistant to the general manager of the National University Science and Technology Park of Shanghai Ocean University, presented the flag to the campers' representatives, and handed over the camp flag of the "Innovation Career, Driving Life" Lingang University College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Camp to the campers' representatives, expressing his expectation that the campers would carry the banner of innovation and entrepreneurship and contribute to the promotion of high-quality economic development.
A total of 63 students signed up for this training course, and after preliminary interviews, selection and evaluation, 30 students finally entered this training course. In the course of the three-day training, the lecturer and the students together experienced the whole process of entrepreneurial preparation from entrepreneurial awareness, entrepreneurial ideas, entrepreneurial practice, the lecturer through group discussions, brainstorming and other teaching forms, to stimulate the students' interactive participation, students experienced a different teaching method, and the reverse classroom stimulated students' initiative and creativity. In the process of forming business ideas, the form of sand table deduction is fully used to help students understand the realistic entrepreneurial environment, and provide a leading experience for forming business ideas.
At the closing ceremony on March 31, 30 start-up projects were presented at three venues for orienteering roadshows, and team members demonstrated the vitality and potential of their projects by showcasing their ideas and models. Under the on-site evaluation of eight judges, the trout expensive diner from Shanghai Ocean University - Xinjiang rainbow trout high-value and high-quality product development, multimodal children's training and Shanghai Jianqiao University's Yundeng - Youth Township Travel, and "Jin" Tongfeng won the best creativity award. Three team projects, namely the Romance of the Ocean from Shanghai Ocean University - Interactive Ornamental Bionic Fish, the Community Research on Rural Revitalization and Urban Elderly Care of Shanghai Dianji University, based on the construction of Chongming Yuhaitang "Xiaoyuan University" learning pension base and the inspiration of Shanghai Jianqiao University, won the Best Vitality Award. Four team projects, including the intelligent multi-parameter water quality monitor from Shanghai Ocean University, the intelligent distance sensing and voice-controlled garbage sorting design, the smart pillow, and the Xinjiang cotton large-scale planting integrated system of Shanghai Jianqiao University, won the Best Potential Award.
Shen Zheng, deputy director of the project department of Shanghai University Students Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Foundation, spoke on behalf of the judges, commented on the performance of each project in this activity, pointed out the shortcomings and progress of the students in style display, time allocation, and idea testing, and kindly shared the blank skills of the defense.
At the end, the event ended with a group photo and a free exchange session, and until the last minute, the communication between the students and the mentors was still flowing in the building, which fully reflected that the participants not only gained knowledge and skills in this training camp, but more importantly, gained the courage, confidence and endless spirit of learning necessary for innovation and entrepreneurship.
This training activity not only gave students the opportunity to learn the basic conditions and knowledge required for independent entrepreneurship, but also established a correct entrepreneurial concept, tapped entrepreneurial potential, and trained entrepreneurial ability. The students enthusiastically participated, united, boldly innovated and created, which fully demonstrated the high-spirited spirit of contemporary college students. As a platform that gathers creativity, technology and capital, the "Innovative Career, Driving Life" Lingang University Student Ma Lanhua and Entrepreneurship Valley Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Camp will continue to play an important role in promoting young students' entrepreneurship in the future.
