Chinanews.com, Bangkok, April 23 (Reporter Li Yingmin) On April 23, local time, Thai Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Bambi met with visiting Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan Nultreu in Bangkok, and then the two sides signed an agreement on mutual visa exemption between the two countries.

According to the agreement, citizens of both countries with valid passports can enter each other's countries without applying for a visa in advance, for a stay of up to 30 days, for a total of 90 days within a 180-day period. The agreement is valid for a long time.

The agreement will facilitate the travel of ordinary passport holders of both sides, promote people-level exchanges, and increase tourism revenues. The Thai government sees this as an important measure to stimulate the overall Thai economy, including raising the level of international relations in the political, economic, academic, cultural and other fields.
