Registration for the 2024 Health Senior Professional Title Examination has begun
The registration process for the written examination for senior professional titles
Step 1: Fill in/modify the registration information
1. Log in to the Talent Exchange Service Center of the National Health Commission (formerly China Health Talent Network) (https://www.21wecan.com/), enter the home page, and select "Senior Health Professional and Technical Qualification Examination"
2. Candidate Entrance→ Online Registration → Online Registration Entrance (click to enter)
3. Log in to the candidate management platform → fill in the "Navigation Menu" on the left side step by step
(1) Upload basic photos (upload standard specifications as required)
(2) Maintenance of academic degree information (add corresponding information, "verification status" has special instructions)
(3) WX binding and attention
(4) Skip to the last step and "enter the online registration" → the senior health professional and technical qualification examination
(5) Check the confirmation province → confirm the next → (confirm twice)
(6) Read carefully and tick "Agree" → next step
4. Fill in the application information
(1) Test center information (provinces and cities have been determined, registration cities need to be selected) → submitted
(2) Basic information (checking, ethnic needs to be selected) → submitted
(3) Contact information (manually enter the address and zip code of the unit) → submit
(4) Application information (fill in the time of obtaining each qualification truthfully) → submitted
(5) Education status (other information will be automatically displayed after the selection of academic qualifications and degrees) → submitted
(6) Work situation (unit information optional, party and government positions are manually filled) → submitted
(7) Others (optional, which poverty-stricken county it belongs to) → submitted
Step 2: Confirm the photo
After confirmation, click "Confirm Use Photo"
Step 3: Submit your information
After checking all the information, click "Submit Registration"

Step 5: Qualification review - unit review
Personnel on the staff of public institutions shall be strictly reviewed by the personnel (vocational reform) department of the unit in accordance with the annual evaluation of the number of senior professional titles and the management requirements, combined with the number of posts in the unit, and strictly review whether they meet the corresponding application conditions (the unit shall not agree to apply for the examination if there is no corresponding vacant position);
The unit to which the personnel of non-public institutions (including non-staff members of public institutions) belong shall be reviewed and checked according to the application and review conditions, and shall sign the review opinions, sign and affix the official seal in the corresponding position in the "Unit Opinions" column in the "Registration Form".
Step 6: Qualification review - on-site confirmation
The applicant's unit or the human resources service agency entrusted with the personnel agency summarizes the "Registration Form".
Go to the Municipal and Prefecture Health Commission for on-site confirmation of registration information within the specified time (units directly under the Provincial Health Commission and other provincial public medical and health institutions shall go to the Provincial Health Series Vocational Reform Office for on-site confirmation of registration information).
(1) The declaration form printed out by online registration
(2) A copy of the original ID card
(3) Copies of the original qualification certificate and practice certificate
(4) Original and photocopy of graduation certificate
(5) College graduates in 2002 and later
Electronic Registration and Filing Form for Academic Certificates of the Ministry of Education
(6) Technical secondary school and graduates before 2002 to provide student status form or graduate registration form
Step 7: Pay online
After the on-site confirmation is completed, candidates should log in to the online registration system within the specified time to pay the professional theory examination fee.
Step 8: Print the admission ticket
The printing time of the admission ticket for the professional theory test is expected to be one week before the test. Candidates must log in to the corresponding website in time to print the admission ticket.
Step 9: Exam time
The professional theory exam is expected to take place in early July.
