Since 2023, affected by the continuous high temperature and arid climate in Fuyuan County, the Juhe Village Committee has been based on the prevention of major drought and long-term drought, closely related to ensuring life and production, and has entered the mountains with the village-based team many times to explore new water sources, and actively communicated and coordinated with relevant units to investigate the water quality and the annual water supply guarantee rate in case of emergency. Through the plenary discussion of the Juhe villagers' meeting, through crowdfunding to build new reservoirs and water diversion pipelines, seize the golden period of construction, form a water supply pattern of "multi-source complementarity, abundance and drought successively", and make every effort to consolidate and improve drinking water safety.
Saving money and helping each other to prevent it from happening
Combining online and offline, advocating water conservation through multiple channels and ways to tide over the difficulties together. Through loudspeakers, villagers' WeChat groups, household visits, small classes in the village, etc., strengthen the publicity of water conservation, call on villagers to save water with practical actions, in daily life, start from a little bit, realize the multi-use of one water, recycling, put an end to the phenomenon of wasting water such as people flowing in the water for a long time, people walking water non-stop, etc., and fully prepare for "resisting major drought and normal drought" and preparing enough water source space.
