2. Acceptance conditions and rent level
The current acceptance conditions of the "New Era City Builder Managers' Home" in Chongming District can be implemented with reference to the access conditions of affordable rental housing in Shanghai, and its rent level is more affordable than the rent of the existing public rental housing in the same project, so as to further reduce the living burden of front-line workers, urban operation and maintenance personnel, and daily life service providers of citizens.
Qualifications:
The following two basic access conditions must be met at the same time, one is legal employment and on-the-job work in the city, and the other is that there are housing difficulties in Chongming District, and the area standard for housing difficulties is determined in principle according to the per capita housing construction area of the family within the scope of Chongming District (set area) is less than 15 square meters.
3. Availability
At present, the "Home of City Builders and Managers in the New Era" in the Haiheyuan project of Chenjia Zhenhai is equipped with 18 sets of houses, 24 beds, and a certain number of furniture and household appliances in the interior, such as: the living room is equipped with a dining table, and the bedroom is equipped with beds, wardrobes, air conditioners, etc., which can basically meet the needs of daily life. The rent of a two-person room is about 800 yuan/month, and the rent of a one-person room is about 500-600 yuan/month.
In addition, it is expected that in June this year, 20 houses will be selected and launched in the "Bo'an Huating" public rental housing project located in Lane 305 of Qiaosong Road, Chengqiao Town, with 40 beds for these three types of people.
