In order to deeply explore the cultural connotation of Fushou in Liangdang County, show the characteristic advantages of "Red Blessed Land and Hometown of Longevity", polish the cultural brand of Liangdang Fushou, use "food +" to leverage the "May Day" market consumption, prosper the service industry, enhance the connotation and competitiveness of Liangdang regional culture, roam Liangdang, and enjoy Fushou. On the occasion of the "May Day" holiday, Liangdang County held a Fushou Mountain Delicacies Contest for the society.

Who is eligible to participate

The competition is open to the public, through townships and industry organizations, business entities, mobilization of thousands of households, and the participation of the whole county.

Type of entry

(1) Recommendation of mountain treasures

In accordance with the method of "classification and selection, series of evaluation", each township and workstation will show their skills and characteristics. Focusing on the "eight haves" mountainous three-dimensional agriculture, based on the ecological industry of "combination of long and short, complementary advantages, and three-dimensional circulation", we will expand ecological products and trace the original taste of the countryside. Select local characteristic ingredients and high-quality mountain delicacies for display and promotion (such as Yunping forest grass chicken series, mushroom series, cold-water fish series, small cereal series, open-field vegetable series, shantytown culture series, old tree walnut series, etc.).

(2) Dish competition

1. Fushou snacks: "a snack", "a drink", "a type of fruit, dried and fresh fruits" as a single product.

2. Fushou cuisine: "a dish", "a nest of soup", "a staple food" and other individual Fushou dishes to participate in the competition, divided into Fushou special single product series (such as mushrooms, grains, walnuts, Yunping forest grass chicken) dish development and two other categories.

3. Fushou meal: Fushou simple meal, Fushou fast food, and Fushou package are used to participate in the competition, including single meals, double meals, family meals, health meals, special meals, women's meals, etc. It is generally paired with vegetables, soups and special staple foods;

4. Fushou Banquet: According to the local folk characteristics of Liangdang, make a table with a complete Fushou banquet to participate in the competition;

Townships must choose Fushou snacks, Fushou dishes, Fushou meals, and Fushou seats. You can choose from hotels and restaurants. After the review of the above three types of Fushou dishes, they will be selected and entered into the "Liangdang Fushou Mountain Delicacies List", and the combination and collocation will be the Liangdang Fushou Banquet. At the same time, the winners of the individual individual awards will be included in the local talent directory and the winning Fushou dishes will be named.

Contest mode

The competition is divided into two forms: online and offline:

Offline Participation:

(1) Township group participation: Township as a unit, select more than three Fushou dishes (local ingredients are recommended). It will take the form of display of finished products in the preliminary round and practical cooking on the spot in the finals, and at the same time, explain the meaning of the name of this Dao Fushou dish, the ingredients and the technical process.

(2) Social group participation: for teams or individuals other than the township teams of Liangdang County.

Online Participation: Demonstrate Fushou dishes through recording dishes and making small videos. Contestants should submit Fushou Cuisine Creative Submissions online within the submission period. The dishes are required to be original, and the dishes and craftsmanship need to be creatively displayed with the cultural elements of Liangdang Fushou.

Offline registration time: April 20-25, 2024

Preliminary round: April 28-29, 2024

Entry Requirements

1. Fully excavate the Fushou culture, red culture, historical culture and ecological culture of Liangdang, and carefully design and standardize the submission of entries in accordance with the requirements of distinctive characteristics, novel design, creativity, color, fragrance and beauty;

2. The participating dishes (including online solicitation and on-site practical operation) must provide the connotation and design concept of the dish design, with a text description related to the name of the dish, and the text description is limited to 200-500 words;

3. Once the entries are selected, the organizer has the right to promote all the award-winning works, and the award-winning dishes will be priced and promoted by the organizer;

4. The organizer shall be responsible for the explanation of other matters not covered herein.

Awards

(1) Individual awards

1. Snacks

5 first prizes, each with a bonus of 500 yuan, a certificate of honor;

5 second prizes, each with a bonus of 400 yuan, and a certificate of honor;

5 third prizes, 300 yuan each, honorary certificate.

2. Fukujuna

Divide the Fushou special single product series and two other categories.

10 first prizes, each with a bonus of 1,000 yuan, and a certificate of honor;

10 second prizes, each with a bonus of 800 yuan, and a certificate of honor;

10 third prizes, 400 yuan each, honorary certificate.

3. Fushou meal

3 first prizes, each with a bonus of 1,500 yuan, and a certificate of honor;

5 second prizes, each with a bonus of 1,200 yuan, and a certificate of honor;

8 third prizes, each with a bonus of 900 yuan, and a certificate of honor.

4. Fukuju Seat

1 first prize, 6,000 yuan each, honorary certificate;

2 second prizes, 4,000 yuan each, honorary certificate;

3 third prizes, each with a bonus of 2,000 yuan, and a certificate of honor;

(2) Organization Award

1 first prize, 3,000 yuan, one medal;

1 second prize, 2,000 yuan, one medal;

1 third prize, 1,000 yuan, one medal.

How to play

(1) Preliminary round

The preliminary competition will be carried out in the form of separate production and centralized evaluation, and the entries will be produced separately and sent to Liangdang Hotel for the competition.

(2) Finals

The finals will be conducted in the form of on-site operation and live broadcast of the whole process, and a group of production will be scored uniformly.
