Throughout the process of digital development, Jin Jian summarized the general law of technological change with "technology is the era of change, and it is always thought that leads the era": technological change often originates from principled ideas, but the cycle of revolution will be longer than expected. For example, the emergence of the Internet originated from the idea of packet switching proposed in the early 60s of the 20th century, the trust logic of the blockchain originated from the idea of distributed accounting produced in the late 80s of the 20th century, and the artificial intelligence originated from the knowledge expression proposed in the 50s of the last century to make machines have the ability to think, and finally formed the current great progress of generative artificial intelligence. How to realize the trust relationship and efficient economic behavior required in this new era? Jin Jian believes that in addition to the need to identify any object, it is also necessary to realize the "tokenization" of all objects: measurable, tradable, and holdable, but the process of tokenization needs to be supported by the identification system, which puts forward higher requirements for identification. For example, AI requires a large amount of energy and computing power, and energy and computing power need to be dispatchable and tradable, so it needs to realize the "tokenization" of energy and computing power based on the identification system. In fact, any object can be digitally converted into "Token", that is, into an asset in the digital space, so as to facilitate transactions, sharing, processing or verification in the cyberspace, so as to realize the extensive interconnection and efficient operation of the digital world, and form an ideal digital economic environment. Traditional identification systems, such as Internet domain names, handle/DOA, etc., cannot well support the process of "tokenization", therefore, new identification technology and system architecture are needed to meet the needs of the new economic space.

Jin Jian pointed out that from the systematic research of the industrial Internet in 2014 to the proposal of the industrial Internet identification architecture with Chinese characteristics in 2017, the party and the state have supported and guided the development of the industrial Internet logo through active policies, which has far exceeded the original development expectations. The China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) has carried out corresponding exploration and research in this field earlier, researched and laid out the network capabilities and technical systems for the Internet of Everything, and gradually formed three exploration paths from Internet domain names, industrial Internet identification to new distributed identification (DID). Over the past six years, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology has systematically promoted the identification of the industrial Internet from four aspects.

The first is to systematically study the identification and technology development. In addition to proposing the system architecture that adapts to China's current development, it has also independently developed core software and hardware systems, and designed relevant protocols and standards. In addition, the Xinghuo Multi-dimensional Fully Connected Laboratory will be built to carry out joint technical research, as well as the Intelligent + College of the Chinese Academy of Information and Communications Technology to promote the integration of industry and education. The second is infrastructure construction, the "5+2" national top node has been fully completed, and the construction of the Spark Chain Network and the Spark Chain Network International (ASTRON) cross-border data service network has been carried out to further play the role of the link of identification and support the release of the value of data elements; At present, more than 500 enterprises have directly engaged in the identification of the industrial Internet, and the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology has also actively joined forces with the industry to carry out the evaluation of the effectiveness of the application of the logo, as well as the compilation of industry guidelines;

The prototype of the industrial ecology around the core facilities of the logo is based on the core facilities such as the national top node and the "Spark Chain Network" super node, and is guided by the government's industry management policy to continuously promote more enterprises and institutions to participate in the identification industry chain and value chain, and at the same time, promote the integration of the logo into the industrial development through technology, industry and policy, so as to achieve value landing.

Looking to the future, based on the work of the past five to 10 years, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology has put forward the Spark strategy.

The Spark strategy is to build China-led digital space interconnection standards, core facilities and service systems at the level of basic interconnection facilities represented by logos, and promote the construction of a peer-to-peer, equal and co-governed network economic space while promoting the development advantages of China's industries through digitalization, in response to the grand vision of "building a community with a shared future in cyberspace" put forward by the general secretary. The Spark strategy will promote the construction of a complete identification system for industrial interconnection, promote the large-scale development of China's industrial Internet, and serve the new industrialization.

In addition to new industrialization, the Spark strategy will serve the resilience of the supply chain and industrial chain, self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology, the "3060" goal of green development, cybersecurity, cross-border data exchange, regional economic coordination and revitalization, and other important national policies. For example, in terms of resilient supply chains, in addition to finding out the "family background" based on logos, we can further make up for and improve our own supply chain capabilities, and at the same time, promote the integration and interweaving of global supply chains to improve resilience.

Taking green, low-carbon and green development as an example, in the face of the development strategies proposed by the European Union, such as carbon tariffs and product carbon digital passports, the basic data network established based on the public service capabilities of Spark Infrastructure can help enterprises better carry out the management and certification of carbon data, gradually establish a carbon neutrality path suitable for China's rhythm and actual situation, and also avoid enterprises directly facing the "carbon barriers" of different regions and countries around the world, so as to better go out or establish a global green supply chain.

Facing the future, Jin Jian said that the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology will work with Spark Ecology to comprehensively promote the development of logos and the construction of Spark ecology from the following seven aspects. First, it will fully respond to the three-year action plan for the "penetration" of logos jointly issued by 12 ministries and commissions including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and help accelerate the large-scale application of logos; second, continue to give full play to the advantages of think tanks, and conduct technical research from the professional field, facing AI, data elements, new Internet, future networks, etc., especially for how to apply logos to AI, as well as the new Internet architecture, focus on some strategic issues, and enhance the ability of science and technology to be self-reliant and self-reliant; One chain, one platform", accurately match supply and demand resources, gather industrial ecological capabilities, promote the integration and superposition effect, and promote the integrated development of identification; Fifth, it promotes the international development of the "Spark Chain Network" around cross-border issues, based on the development orientation of the cross-border data service network, focuses on the deployment of node networks, the construction of application services, and the construction of the international ecosystem, and builds an international infrastructure system with extensive international interconnection and prosperous application ecology, so as to provide pragmatic measures for the implementation of international cooperation in the digital economy in key areas such as trade, carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, and data. Jin Jian emphasized that the core concept of Spark Ecology is to move from the bilateral relationship from the large-scale production of the industrial economy to the Internet platform in the past to the multilateral networked relationship of the digital economy. The Spark ecosystem is a multi-party and multi-dimensional value connection. The whole ecology consists of five parts: international cooperation and standardization ecology, supervision and governance ecology, technological innovation ecology (Spark multi-dimensional fully connected laboratory as the traction), application ecology, and Spark industry innovation cluster.
