Since the People's Court of Runan County was awarded the grassroots legislative contact point by the Standing Committee of the Provincial and Municipal People's Congress, in the process of soliciting opinions on laws and regulations involving the rights and interests of women and children, it has listened to the opinions and suggestions of specific groups such as people's congress deputies and grassroots women cadres, done a good job of investigation and research, and gave full play to the role of the grassroots legislative point as a bridge, especially the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests" adopted the two suggestions provided by the grassroots legislative contact point of the Runan County Court, so that the voice of the protection of the rights and interests of women and children at the grassroots level can be transmitted further. More powerful. Due to its outstanding achievements, the Runan Court has been rated as an "Advanced Unit of Grassroots Legislation" by the Standing Committee of the Zhumadian Municipal People's Congress for two consecutive years.

In handling cases of marriage and family disputes, the Runan Court has always established the trial concept of "harmony", adhered to the working principle of "mediation first, mediation and judgment combined", and carried out mediation throughout every litigation link with heart and affection, giving full play to the characteristics of round-table trials and family trials, so as to minimize the emotional harm to children and women. Since 2022, a total of 2,760 cases of various family disputes have been concluded, of which 63% have been settled through mediation and withdrawal, achieving "shock-free" case handling and effectively promoting the stability and harmony of marriage and family.

Strengthen contact and cooperation with women's federations and other departments, and improve mechanisms for protecting the rights of women and children. Through the issuance of an "Order to Accept Family Education Guidance Order" and "Personal Safety Protection Order" to the parties, urging them to earnestly perform their guardianship duties, assume the main responsibility for family education, and clearly say "no" to illegal acts that harm women and children, to prevent and protect the personal rights of women and children from domestic violence or the threat of facing the real danger of domestic violence, and to erect a solid legal protection wall for them.

Through actively carrying out a series of activities such as "@少年的你: Say No to Campus Bullying" and public open days, we have done a good job in popularizing the law and improving the safety awareness of students in school by combining the advantages of the industry, and through the "Training of Women Who Understand the Law" and other legal popularization education activities, nearly 300 chairpersons and women cadres of women's federations in 18 townships and towns (villages) in the county have interpreted in detail the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests" and other legal knowledge closely related to women's lives, so that more women and children can know the law.
