As the flood season approaches, in order to test the implementation of flood preparedness at first-line stations and strengthen the level of flood prevention and rescue emergency response for employees in various positions, after the operation ended on April 20, Guiyang Metro organized employees to carry out special emergency drills for flood control at Bailuhu Station and Fountain Station of Line 1.
The drill is carried out in the form of "double blind" without prior notice, no greeting, and no plan script, organized and implemented in accordance with the actual combat command and actual disposal requirements, and simulated continuous heavy rainfall in Guiyang City during the simulation operation, and the water at the entrance and exit of the station continued to rise, gradually overflowing the yellow cordon, the red warning line and the station closure line, and the station immediately started the flood control emergency plan, and established the water blocking isolation zone, evacuated passengers (simulation), shut down equipment, information reporting and other processes in accordance with the requirements of the plan. After intense and orderly disposal, the water at the entrance and exit was effectively blocked from flooding into the station hall, and the station resumed normal operation after confirming that the personnel, equipment, and site status met the conditions for safe operation.
During the exercise, the evaluators evaluated the station employees from the aspects of standardized disposal process, assistance linkage of various positions, and use of flood control materials, and put forward rectification opinions for the problems existing in the drill process.
Since March, in order to effectively do a good job in safety precautions under extreme weather, each station has carried out multiple rounds of flood prevention training and drills covering all employees, refined and improved the flood control on-site disposal plan for 56 stations of Line 1 and 2, and at the same time prepared to jointly consolidate the flood control work by setting up a local emergency rescue team, formulating a flood control operation map, and implementing a guarantee responsibility system, so as to ensure the safe operation of operating equipment and protect the safe travel of passengers!
