"These cars are all cars that are about to be scrapped for almost ten years, but more than 70% of the overall structure of this car can be recycled. Here, more than 600 parts can be dismantled from a waste mechanical vehicle, and through remanufacturing, about 70% of the parts can be reused, and the quality and performance of each part can reach or even exceed that of new ones.
"We will introduce repair technology, such as some non-destructive testing technology and additive repair, laser cladding and other technologies, to restore the performance of these old parts, and maximize the use of these old parts, rather than simply treating it as a waste product, we want to make functional use of it. Sun Chao said. Compared with new products, remanufactured products can save 50% of costs, 60% of energy, 70% of materials, and reduce air pollutant emissions by more than 80%.
In 2023, Reno Power Technology Co., Ltd. will remanufacture more than 1,000 engine parts, reduce solid waste emissions by 3,000 tons, and save more than 20 million liters of fuel for users. In 2024, the company's remanufacturing business is expected to increase by more than 50%.
In addition to the dismantling of mechanical vehicles, home appliance recycling companies will also dismantle valuable materials to "turn waste into treasure". In recent years, Shandong has focused on the layout and construction of a recycling network, promoted the construction of a network space layout of "recycling point + transfer station + dismantling enterprise", and done a good job in the standardized treatment of waste household appliances. According to the statistics of Shandong Renewable Resources Association, in 2023, the five qualified dismantling enterprises in Shandong Province will standardize the dismantling and processing of "four machines and one brain" with a total of about 4.36 million units (sets).
"After the recycling and dismantling of waste equipment, the scrap steel, waste non-ferrous metals, waste plastics and waste rubber produced are all recycled materials, which enter recycling, and have the role of synergistically promoting carbon reduction, pollution reduction, green expansion and growth.
