Recently, in order to strengthen the standardized management of the catering industry and ensure the food safety of the public, the Tonghe Law Enforcement Squadron carried out a law enforcement inspection operation against the hotel fumes.
During this operation, law enforcement officers of the Tonghe Law Enforcement Squadron conducted a comprehensive inspection of a number of hotels in the jurisdiction. They went deep into key areas such as kitchens and warehouses to carefully check the installation and sanitation of kitchen fume facilities. The results of the inspection showed that most of the hotels were able to comply with the relevant regulations well, but some of them were found to have some problems. In view of these problems, the law enforcement officers of the Tonghe Law Enforcement Squadron put forward a request for rectification on the spot and made rectification within a time limit.
In order to further consolidate the results of the inspection, the Tonghe Law Enforcement Squadron said that it will adopt the following action plans: first, to strengthen the daily supervision of the hotel and increase the frequency of inspections, second, to increase the punishment of violations to form an effective deterrent, and third, to publicize the relevant laws and regulations to the person in charge of the hotel, and improve their legal awareness and management level.
In the future, the relevant departments will continue to strengthen the supervision of the hotel, increase the intensity of law enforcement inspections, and carry out spot checks from time to time to create a safe and secure dining environment for the public.
