After fierce competition, the county federation of trade unions stood out among the 12 teams in the city, won the second place in the group, and won a number of awards. Among them, the county federation of trade unions won the "second prize of the group", the participating team member Jia Huan ranked first in his personal performance and won the title of "best negotiator", and Sun Shaolu, Chen Xuemin and Ma Wanxin won the title of "negotiation expert".
This competition adopts the method of electronic lottery to determine the negotiation object and the order of appearance, which is both practical and professional. During the negotiation process, the Xiao County team closely followed the minimum wage, social insurance, work-related injury insurance and additional commercial insurance in the express delivery industry and other issues closely related to the interests of employees to carry out consultations, comprehensively used laws and regulations, document provisions, economic data, etc., conducted in-depth analysis of the cases provided, combined with the work of the trade union and its own role to make suggestions and strategize, reflecting the competition concept of "consultation consensus and harmonious development".
In view of this collective bargaining competition, the county federation of trade unions attaches great importance to and plans as soon as possible, and through the procedures of grassroots trade union recommendation and county-level selection, 5 people from grassroots trade unions, trade union socialization workers, and full-time collective bargaining instructors are selected to form a team to participate in the competition. Under professional guidance, combined with case analysis and judgment, specific negotiation measures are proposed. By actively organizing and participating in the competition, the ability and level of the grassroots trade unions in Xiao County to carry out collective work have been effectively improved.
