Accurate implementation is a constant challenge to experience, and every time we treat different projects, it provides an opportunity for re-sublimation of existing knowledge. In addition, home design is an ability worth looking forward to, which considers the designer's life experience, empathy ability, and professional quality. The final use of the house should integrate function, form and technology, be able to withstand the baptism of time, and have the elasticity to carry the diversity of life.
In the design of the 898-square-meter three-storey villa, we take "perfect life" as the starting point, gain insight into the living needs of different relationships in the space, pay attention to and figure out the social balance, space balance and environmental balance of the house, build warm and elegant artistic feelings in the limited space, and strengthen the sense of connection and humanization of the space.
In order to realize the value of the building, it is important to determine the overall architecture. Continuing the advantage of the floor height of the house itself, we adopted the hollow design of the corrugated top surface, so that the simple and bright shape structure narrows the sense of distance between people and space. The background wall is divided in a 3:2 ratio, and the processing method of splicing different materials will close the large space with a floor height of nearly 6.5m, so that the hollow pattern does not appear too empty, and also makes the living room more focused.
What's more, the frameless glass is used to ensure good lighting indoors, and the open space facing the outside can allow sunlight to shine into the depths of the house even in the winter when the sun height is low. In this way, the indoor and outdoor are organically integrated, close to nature, energy saving and environmental protection.

The space on the first floor is based on the perspective of convenient life, and the living, dining and kitchen spaces use an open and linkage design method to make the different functional areas seem to be independent, but in fact, they are interconnected, and their daily needs are all within easy reach.
Any homestay needs to return to three meals a day. After weighing the dietary needs of three generations, we integrated the design into the Chinese and Western kitchens. The L-shaped Chinese double-line kitchen integrates washing, cutting, frying, and boiling golden lines, so that the whole cooking process can be completed in one go. The western kitchen island can be met whether it is brewing coffee, making simple meals, or baking.

We use the attic-style design to create a space for exploration and dreaming, which is conducive to cultivating children's desire to explore and learn things. In terms of functional arrangement, we "leave blank" the possibilities of children's lifestyles, which do not fully cater to children's playful minds, in addition to realizing play and rest, they can also learn without distractions in the future.
Most of the things in the life of the elders are mainly simple and light colors, creating a peaceful living atmosphere for the elders. Outside the glass, the lush and quiet trees are mottled with shadows, and the original high negative oxygen ions protect the physical and mental health of the elderly and ensure a good night's sleep.
As far as architecture is concerned, it is just the furnishings. We use panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows to run through the design of the façade, opening up the inside and outside of the space, introducing natural scenery and light sources into the space, supplementing the natural feeling of the interior, and interacting the landscape and interior in each area.
Courtyards are different from buildings in that they grow and change over time. When the natural environment is carefully cared for and the architecture is integrated, it is one of the joys of life to enjoy the "great hidden in the city".
