The use of these two lines by the mainland has reduced the time for cross-strait navigation, greatly promoted the integration and development of the two sides of the strait, and reminded the Taiwan authorities that both sides of the strait belong to one China and that the sons and daughters of China are one family. The antidumping measures are a warning to the Taiwan authorities that the ECFA of the mainland's unilateral concessions to Taiwan may be completely terminated at any time, and whether the mainland will do so depends entirely on the performance of the Lai Ching-te authorities.

Not only that, according to CCTV News, recently, accompanied by Chiu Kuo-cheng, head of Taiwan's defense department, and his successor, Gu Lixiong, Lai Ching-te inspected the air defense units and tactical units of the Taiwan Air Force, and said that "it is necessary to maintain combat readiness 24 hours a day," vainly claiming that he wants the world to see his determination to "protect Taiwan." As soon as this remark came out, it would be regarded as a direct showdown with the mainland: the Taiwan military was ready to "go to war at any time."
Is Lai Qingde's remarks alarmist or true? In fact, at the end of March, when the Taiwan Strait was at its most ferocious and dangerous, there was news of a "wartime budget" on the island. Chiu Kuo-cheng, the head of Taiwan's military, said that he could not sleep well, and Zhuang Cuiyun, head of Taiwan's financial affairs department, came up with a bad idea, believing that the "war tax" could be increased in wartime.
