On the morning of May 16, the District Housing Management Bureau, together with the District Emergency Bureau, Taijiang Fire and Rescue Brigade, Fuzhou Fire and Rescue Detachment Special Service Brigade Special Service Station and other units walked into Aoxing Jiayuan Community to carry out fire emergency drills and training activities on the use of fire-fighting equipment. Leaders of various sub-district offices, Aofeng Police Station and representatives of property service enterprises in the jurisdiction participated in the observation activities.
During the drill, Fuzhou Urban and Rural Construction General Property Company, the property of Aoxing Jiayuan Community, launched the fire emergency response plan, and guided residents to cover their mouths with wet towels, bend over, and hold on to the staircase railings in an orderly and rapid manner to evacuate from each floor to a safe place in the community in accordance with the predetermined plan and safe evacuation escape route. In addition, the scene also simulated the injury scene of the injured personnel, and carried out emergency and simple bandaging medical rescue treatment for the injured personnel.
At the event site, professional firefighters explained in detail to the property staff and community residents the causes of fires, preventive measures, self-rescue methods, and how to extinguish the initial fire and other daily fire prevention knowledge, and introduced in detail how to correctly use fire extinguishers, water guns and other fire-fighting equipment and other fire safety knowledge.
This fire drill was conducted on behalf of training, so that the emergency response ability of property enterprises was effectively exercised, and the fire safety knowledge, self-rescue ability and other related safety knowledge of the participants were improved.
According to the requirements of provincial, municipal and district safety production work, since the beginning of this year, the Taijiang District Housing Management Bureau has carried out the special action of "Beautiful Home" in the residential community, the fire safety of high-rise buildings in the property service area of Taijiang District and the centralized special rectification month action of electric bicycle parking management, and solidly promoted the detailed implementation of the rectification of fire safety hazards in residential communities, with a total of more than 300 inspections and 26 rectification notices, and at the same time, 400 copies of "A Letter to the Residents and Friends" and other publicity materials were posted to the property community. Vigorously popularize fire safety awareness, and make every effort to ensure the stability of the fire protection situation in the property field under its jurisdiction.
In the next step, the Taijiang District Housing Management Bureau will continue to carry out safety production investigation and rectification actions in the property field, strictly supervise property enterprises to implement various safety production systems, always tighten the string of safety production, and build a solid "firewall" for safety production in property communities, so as to effectively protect the safety of people's lives and property.
