The reporter learned that the comprehensive wholesale distribution center has now settled in 109 merchants, and all of them have been operated normally and standardized, and all of them have been included in the "Longshang Food Security" information supervision platform. Since the start of the work of creating a national food safety demonstration city, the distribution center has improved and revised the business management, warehouse management and other systems under the help and guidance of the market supervision and management department, established a food safety self-inspection mechanism of daily control, weekly inspection and monthly scheduling, and carried out food safety training on a regular basis to achieve the goal of everyone becoming a propagandist and supervisor of food safety.
"In order to create a safe and secure development environment, the company gives strong support to merchants in terms of settlement policies and infrastructure, and new merchants are given 1 to 6 months of rent-free policy according to the size of the business site, and 1 to 3 months of preferential policies are given to renewal merchants. "We urge (food wholesale) enterprises to sign the "Food Wholesale Distribution Agreement" with the purchasing unit to ensure that each batch of food delivered can be issued with an 'electronic one-ticket pass', and the distribution vehicles are registered in accordance with the requirements, so that the special vehicle is dedicated to ensure that the distribution behavior is standardized. At the same time, we urge wholesale enterprises to strictly follow the requirements of the "Gansu Provincial Food Storage Management Standards", conscientiously implement the warehouse management system, realize 100% of the "Internet + Sunshine Warehousing" intelligent supervision, regularly inspect the inventory of food, and ensure food quality and safety.
