A reporter from Beijing Youth Daily learned that this seminar relies on the resources of Tsinghua alumni and the resources of the ecosystem of leading enterprises, aiming to build a professional, high-end and integrated first-class cooperation and exchange service platform for the digital economy industry in Daxing District. Han Chao, chairman of Huaru Technology, a listed company, introduced the company's relevant technical achievements and application cases in the application field of the metaverse around the technology sectors such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality and big data, combined with the development trend of technology. The experts also conducted rich and in-depth reports and interpretations on open intelligent cloud networks, enterprise digital transformation, cross-border data trade, and enterprise practice cases, providing new ideas and solutions for expanding the new space for the development of the digital economy.
Focus on 100-billion-level industrial clusters and build and create a new digital highland
For Daxing, the digital economy is not only a simple technology industry, but also a new quality productivity that leads the future. Liu Xueliang said that taking advantage of Beijing's construction of a global digital economy benchmark city, Daxing District has identified the digital economy as the fourth 100 billion industrial cluster goal to accelerate the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy. As the main position of the development of the digital economy in Daxing District, Daxing Economic and Technological Development Zone is focusing on planning guidance, policy empowerment, and chain layout, and has successively introduced a package of measures of "special policy + application scenario + innovation platform", and in 2023, the soft letter industry in the park will achieve leapfrog development of more than 10 billion yuan in the same year, with a year-on-year increase of 5 times, successfully attracting Yusys Technology, Tengyun Tianxia, Watertek Information and other chain main enterprises and leading enterprises to land, driving more than 300 upstream and downstream national high-tech, specialized, special and new, and "little giants" Enterprises gathered, and many Tsinghua alumni enterprises such as Hongshuqi Technology, Microchain Daoai, and Horist came to start a business and develop, gathering to form a vigorous momentum of the digital economy industry.
According to statistics, more than 55% of the participating enterprises are engaged in the credit and soft industry and data element service industry, which is highly consistent with the "one core and two wings" of Daxing Economic and Technological Development Zone. In the high-end closed-door meeting between Daxing District and enterprises, Liu Xueliang held face-to-face discussions and exchanges with entrepreneurs to gain an in-depth understanding of the development layout of enterprises and accurately meet the needs of enterprises. Key digital economy enterprises such as Huawei, Jinxinnuo, and Weilian Daoai shared their outlook and exchanged views on digital innovation technologies, featured products, application markets, and policy needs, and jointly discussed new models of government-enterprise cooperation and explored new ways to work together for a win-win situation.
This year, the Daxing Economic and Technological Development Zone will promote the construction of the country's first "data compliance port" with high standards, link the "data port" of the Daxing Airport Economic Zone, and build a "north port and south coast" layout of data elements. Focusing on the development of the data element service industry, Zhou Chong exchanged the latest development achievements and case models such as data circulation, digital assets, and data transactions with enterprises, and invited enterprises to participate in the construction of data compliance ports, co-create and share in terms of system first, application scenarios, and talent cultivation, and work together to create a demonstration of digital economy characteristics.
