Later, he violated the company's discipline and refused to return to the company to explain the situation, and the company terminated the labor contract with him on April 11, 2024.
Recently, Lan You (Hong Lanlan)'s former subordinate Ling Can and former boss Shui Kuo mentioned in the long article were interviewed by reporters. Ling Can said that she was bullied by Hong Lanlan for a long time because she was in a normal relationship with a colleague in her team, while Shui Kuo said that the so-called sexual harassment was purely a false accusation. The reporter learned that at present, they have reported to the local police station and filed a lawsuit with the court.

Lingcan: How did the perpetrator become a victim?
In an interview with reporters, Lingcan restored the entire incident. After reporting to Hong Lanlan that she was in love with a colleague and was about to get married, Hong Lanlan said that they were "messing with the relationship between men and women", "except that they couldn't find a partner for each other". After that, he swept Lingcan's subordinates away, and took those people to dinner, and asked them to persuade them to break up.
