At 16:00 on Friday, April 19, 2024, the volunteer service activity of "Zhilu • Zhiyuan" organized by the Youth Volunteer Association of the School of Intelligent Engineering was carried out as scheduled. The volunteers gathered at the gate of Songge Academy and waited for the captain's arrangement, and then the volunteers were divided into groups under the arrangement of the team leader to be responsible for the cleaning of the five academies of Beishan, Songge, Meiruo, Zhuyi and Heyue.
At 4 o'clock in the afternoon, the volunteers gathered at the gate of Songge Academy, put on their red vests, and then divided into five teams under the arrangement of the team leader, responsible for cleaning the classrooms and teachers' offices in the five colleges. Volunteers went to the classroom to carefully wipe the blackboard, lectern, desk, and garbage in all corners, and they bent down to pick up the garbage to make the classroom cleaner and tidier.
When encountering a classroom where students are studying on their own, the volunteers first knock on the door and ask for the consent of the other party, and then clean the classroom with the least noise possible. After the cleaning of the five academies, the members of the five teams also returned to the gate of Songge Academy one after another, and the team leader made a series of summary evaluations of the activity, and the volunteers also put forward their own views on this activity.
In the process of summarizing and evaluating, the volunteers uniformly reported that there was less garbage left in the classroom, which also showed that the students' awareness of caring for the campus environment was constantly improving, of course, we also found some problems in the process of the activity, such as some volunteers in the office did not need to ask whether they needed to clean, they should take the initiative to help the teachers clean. Ah Zhi hopes that through this activity, more students can take care of the campus environment and improve their awareness of green environmental protection.
