Family Impressions
Across 10,000 miles, let's meet. Love is within reach, the Han and Tibetan families. The long-awaited "Han-Tibet Hand in Hand" activity has finally arrived; The Tibetan friends who had been looking forward to it for a long time finally took my hand. We watched singing and dancing together, we walked along the tree-lined streets of the campus, we visited the Quang Fu Lin Cultural Heritage Park, and we had dinner together...... I got to know the young Tibetan lady, Gesang Zhuoga, who is as beautiful as a Gesang flower. Before we finished listening to her tell the stories of the children on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, we have to say goodbye. We exchanged blessings and looked forward to seeing each other next time.

On May 25th, I finally waited for the long-awaited Tibetan children. My little brother was called Tsering Dundup, and he was tall and thin, with dark skin. His hometown is in Dingri County, which is a distant place, at the foot of Mount Everest, the "roof of the world". He also told me that the altitude there is more than 5,000 meters, and the most you see are high mountains and blue sky. Like us, my classmates love football and basketball, and they know Messi and Kobe. When they were young, they had to help the family herd the sheep, which was something that no child in the city had ever experienced. We walked and talked in Thames Town, and there were endless topics to talk about. When we parted, we exchanged gifts, and for the first time I wore a white hata. The green mountains are the same as the clouds and rain, and the bright moon was once two towns, and I believe that the friendship between me and Tsering Dunzhu's brother will last for a long time.

On May 17th, I signed up for the hand-in-hand activity when the teacher said that I wanted to pair up with Tibetan friends, and when the time came on Saturday morning, I reminded my mother to send me to school, and finally I met my new friend, a brother who was a little dark-skinned and a little thin. We started to be a little restrained, then we went to school together, had lunch together, and in the afternoon we visited Guangfulin Ruins Park together, and watched wonderful Tibetan dances, and he also performed national musical instruments for me, and slowly we became familiar with each other. Although I have never been to Tibet, I know from his mouth that his hometown is in Dingri County, Shigatse, Tibet Autonomous Region, at the foot of Mount Everest at the northern foot of the middle of the Himalayas, with an average altitude of 5,000 meters, where the grasslands are vast and herds of cattle and sheep are abundant. At first I thought Tibetans were herding, but it was surprising that his mother was a herdsman and his father was a farmer. We talked a lot, my brother's ideals when he grew up, my brother firmly said that he wanted to be a special soldier, oh, it turns out that he has been working out to prepare for the future! In this day's relationship, his independence and tenacity made me admire him, and his description of Dingri made me full of curiosity about his hometown, and I really wanted to see it.

I was very excited to meet my classmates from Dingri County, Tibet, for the first time at school. One of the Tibetan classmates who was with me was named Tenzin Lunzhu, and we held each other's hands tightly as soon as we met. After that, I took him on a tour of my school, to the exhibition hall, playground, etc. As we walked and talked, we learned about each other's hobbies and gradually got to know each other. After lunch, our group came to Guangfulin Ruins Park to visit together, he changed into Tibetan clothes, and performed a dance with Tibetan classmates, and their folk dance deeply attracted me. After the visit, our family warmly invited Tenzin Lunzhu to be a guest at home, at first he was a little restrained, we chatted while eating, the atmosphere was getting better and better, and after the meal we also played the board game "Mountain and River Journey" together, our topic gradually unfolded from the board game in hand, and the meaning was still unfinished. When we parted, we were reluctant, hoping to have the opportunity to travel to Tibet in the future and go to Dingri County to see Tenzin Lunzhu's hometown.
