The spring tide is surging on the banks of the Yellow River, and the people are outstanding and the spirit is in the ancient clouds. On April 20, the foundation stone of the Haishengbulang Cultural Park project in Tuoketuo County was officially laid, the construction of the project has taken a new path of cultural and tourism integration for the high-quality development of the economy along the Yellow River, creating the brand of "Northern Xinjiang Culture", and helping the development of Inner Mongolia's tourism industry.
Haisheng Bulang Cultural Park is located in the north of Haisheng Bulang Village on the north bank of the Yellow River, 1,800 meters away from the Yellow River in the south. The prehistoric human activity site of Haisheng Bulang is an early Neolithic site and a key cultural preservation unit at the autonomous region level, and the Haisheng Bulang culture represents the cultural concepts of the Neolithic period in the central and southern regions of Inner Mongolia, and has important academic value. The total investment of the project is 40 million yuan, and the construction project includes the site exhibition hall, parent-child interactive play area, planting and picking experience area, sculpture group square, self-driving RV camp, etc., with a total land area of 400 acres, which is expected to be completed in November 2025.
The completion of the project will surely benefit the people, promote rural revitalization, and contribute to building a strong cultural tourism county in Tuoketuo County and promoting the economic development of Tuoketuo County. Feng Chenzhao, chairman of Inner Mongolia Shenquan Garden Construction and Development Co., Ltd. and chairman of Wuxi Jiangnan Building Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd., said.
