On April 19, Zumiao Street held the 2024 "Gathering Emerging Forces and Activating Development Momentum" Party Organization Party Affairs Work Training Course in Emerging Fields, aiming to thoroughly implement the requirements of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 13th Provincial Party Committee, further improve the standardization level of Party affairs of the "two new" Party organizations in emerging fields such as Vanke Financial Center Building, Lingnan Tiandi Business District, and Changuifang Park, continuously consolidate the grassroots, basic, and foundation, and enhance the political and organizational functions of grassroots Party organizations.
A total of 73 party workers of the "two new" organizations of key business districts in the jurisdiction participated in the training class, Huang Jiaqi, the head of the three units of the Organization Department of the Chancheng District Party Committee, and Zeng Ling, the full-time deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Zumiao Street Organ, made the class mobilization.

"The training content is very professional and practical, and it explains in detail the most common situations encountered in practical work from the foundation.
