The Aurora Orchid revolutionized the tradition of orchid flowers
While the earliest aristocratic ornamental orchids were introduced in the mid-16th century, the Aurora Orchid is arguably one of the most spectacular interpretations of all time.
Today, a simplified and modern version of this groundbreaking concept is introduced. Its originality lies in the fact that it represents the orchid petals that glow and dance in the aurora, and when displayed in the orchid, is used to extract a realistic display of the aurora. This creative, playful and technical glowing petal adorns the orchid's nighttime viewing. Its uniqueness lies in the simplicity and magnificence of its depictions, with only its typical features and traditional elements. The result is an intense and delicate image whose luminous cycle repeats every night. To achieve this technological feat, a non-GMO biotechnology and extremely lightweight nano-high-entropy materials are needed. Therefore, the petals of the Aurora Luminous Dancing Orchid are made entirely of biosafety materials (EN71-3:2019). It draws its energy from the biotechnological mechanism itself (the light behind the whole plant).
Biosafety materials are biotechnologically treated with nano-like surface ecological properties that can be combined with calyxes and petals to create new vibrant mediums. Like a prehistoric mosquito trapped in amber, luminescent plant biotechnology infuses the veins of an orchid with a bright aurora of color. Like an alchemist, nano-high-entropy materials combined with biotechnology give orchids an aurora-like appearance, trying to use unstructured totems to structurally take on the form of an aurora in the night sky. Aurora Orchid questioned the meaning of plants and created a new type of luminous orchid that perfectly blends the layered colors and textures of traditional orchids with the aurora borealis in the night sky.
The Aurora Orchid takes the most exquisite elements of traditional noble orchids to a whole new level, giving a new lease of life to horticultural skills that have long been forgotten or left behind in biotechnology. In the Aurora Orchid, one can see the color variations of blue, green, and red that are common to the aurora, and these colors change with the shift of time and space. In the clear night sky, witnessing the northern light blooming on the orchids is a once-in-a-lifetime romantic experience.
