For dredging methods, there have been many methods in traditional Chinese medicine since ancient times, but many people don't know that the popular method of activating blood and removing blood stasis in the Chinese medicine world is actually a method of dredging.
If you want to talk about blood circulation and blood stasis, you have to talk about a very classic miraculous prescription, which is from the famous doctor Wang Qingren of the Qing Dynasty, and it is also the last one of the top ten prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine. However, it is incredible that since its birth, Xuefu Zhuyu Tang has entered thousands of households in the field of traditional Chinese medicine with lightning speed, and the ingenuity of the prescription is highly respected by doctors, and the wonderful use of the prescription is loved by patients. It can be said that the "birth" of Xuefu Zhuyu Tang has improved the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions to a new level. Moreover, in modern clinical practice, Chinese patent medicines such as Xuefu Zhuyu Pills, Xuefu Zhuyu Granules, and Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules have also been developed, making the famous prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine serve the health of the people in a more people-friendly way in modern clinical practice.

In fact, it originally originated from the Qing Dynasty famous doctor Wang Qingren practiced martial arts when he was young, so it is "commonplace" to be often injured by falls, and it is precisely for this reason that Wang Qingren's understanding of blood stasis has gradually become profound, which also laid the groundwork for him to create a series of famous prescriptions for blood circulation and blood stasis in the future. Xuefu Zhuyu Tang was originally established by the blood stasis syndrome in the chest, which mainly has the effect of activating blood and removing blood stasis, promoting qi and relieving pain. In clinical practice, chest pain, headache, long-term non-healing, pain such as acupuncture and fixed location are the main symptoms, hiccups for a long time, choking on drinking water, retching, internal heat and stuffiness, palpitations, insomnia, irritability, hot flashes in the twilight, dark lips or dark eyes, etc. In other words, if the main evidence is grasped and the core pathogenesis is grasped, Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can exert its unique clinical efficacy.
Xuefu Zhuyu Tang uses 11 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine, and the dose of each flavor of traditional Chinese medicine is not large, which can be called a model of "four or two thousand catties". In the field of traditional Chinese medicine, many people know that most of the prescriptions passed on by the medical saint Zhang Zhongjing are "heavy doses to cause Shen Zhuang", but although Xuefu Zhuyu Tang does not use heavy doses, it can also make Shen Zhen heal. Rehmannia sinensis, Angelica sinensis, Citrus aurantium, Platycodon and Bupleurum are used as adjuvants, among which Rehmannia and Angelica sinensis can play a role in nourishing blood and benefiting yin, clearing heat and activating blood, Platycodon and Citrus aurantium can play a role in widening the chest and promoting qi, and Bupleurum can play a role in soothing the liver and relieving depression and ascending to Qingyang. Bupleurum chinensis, bellflower, hyssop, licorice as medicines, Bupleurum chinensis can be used to regulate qi stagnation, bellflower is used to make it, it can carry medicine upward, oxknee is used to make it, it can lead medicine downward, and licorice mainly harmonizes various medicines.
Looking at the blood mansion and stasis soup, the compatibility is really amazing. The application of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in modern clinical practice can be said to be extremely extensive, such as it can be used to treat blood stasis headache, migraine, neuropathic headache, intractable headache, traumatic headache, epilepsy, ordinary insomnia, intractable insomnia, cerebral arteriosclerosis, concussion, post-craniocerebral syndrome, viral myocarditis, coronary heart disease angina, unstable angina, Myocardial ischemia, cor pulmonale, cor pulmonale, heart failure, hyperlipidemia and other diseases, can also be used to treat chronic superficial atrophic gastritis, neuropathic vomiting, chronic hepatitis B, alcoholic fatty liver disease, liver cirrhosis, liver abscess, intrahepatic stones, Chronic pancreatitis, black enteropathy (constipation), edema, idiopathic pneumothorax, bronchial asthma, Sjogren's syndrome, Henoch-Schonlein purpura, vocal cord polyps, chronic pharyngitis, sudden deafness, chronic hypertrophic rhinitis, ophthalmic blood syndrome, retinal concussion, cervical spondylosis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteomyelitis, sciatica, costochondritis, rib fracture and other diseases, can also be used to treat psoriasis, melasma, acute eczema, scleroderma, retroperitoneal hematoma, postherpetic neuralgia, night sweats, internal injury fever, lantern disease, goiter, breast ductitis, breast cystic hyperplasia, hair loss and other diseases, and can also be used to treat menstrual irregularities, postpartum and post-abortion hemorrhage, leakage, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, tubal blockage, infertility, priapism, azoospermia, painful ejaculation, infertility and other diseases [1]. I have to say that the application of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in modern clinical practice is really outstanding.
It is precisely because of the wonderful role of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and its addition and subtraction in clinical practice that modern pharmacology favors it. Modern pharmacological studies have found that Xuefu Zhuyu decoction has pharmacological effects such as lowering blood pressure, anti-arrhythmia, lowering blood lipids, anti-atherosclerosis, anti-myocardial ischemia, improving blood rheology, improving microcirculation, inhibiting platelet aggregation, promoting hematopoiesis, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, enhancing immunity, anti-tumor, anti-fibrotic, and anti-hypoxia[2]. Pharmacological studies have also found that Xuefu Zhuyu decoction has pharmacological effects such as promoting neuroangiogenesis, inhibiting smooth muscle cell proliferation, anti-vascular remodeling, improving oxidative stress damage, inhibiting inflammation, anti-fibrosis, improving hemodynamics, inducing stem cell proliferation, and anti-cancer[3].
