In order to help the professional growth and development of new teachers and improve the professional quality and professional level of school teachers, on March 22, 2024, three new teachers of Xihang No. 2 School in Weiyang District, Xi'an City, Dai Yupei, Duan Linlin, and Chang Lingli, three new teachers in 2023, under the leadership of Director Bian Minhua of the Teacher Development Center, participated in the "Famous Teacher + Training Community" Literacy and Writing Teaching Seminar in Shaanxi Province, Fenghui Road Primary School, Lianhu District, Xi'an City. On the morning of April 11, the study report and seminar activity of "listening to the class of famous teachers and taking the road of famous teachers" was carried out.
Teacher Dai Yupei's teaching design of "Animal Nursery Rhymes" closely follows the requirements of literacy teaching and the textual characteristics of nursery rhymes, and focuses on reading aloud and literacy in teaching. Activities such as frog jumping, postman delivering letters, and playing games are skillfully interspersed in the process of literacy teaching, and the students are enthusiastic about learning the words in this lesson easily, learning literacy methods, and also getting language ability training.
Teacher Chang Lingli's "On the Playground" uses a variety of ways to let students memorize words and new words. Students are willing to participate in the class, and the class is student-centered and helps students learn to learn independently. In the process of literacy, the way of checking and ticking each other at the same table will really put what you have learned into practice.
Teacher Duan Linlin teaches "Ancient vs. Modern". Teacher Duan paid attention to the connection between the front and back of knowledge, and led to the learning of this lesson with the recitation of the old knowledge "Song of Rhyme". In the process of literacy teaching, pictures, charades, storytelling and other forms of literacy that students like to see are used to stimulate students' interest in learning.
