On April 17, the greening supporting project of the Hongqi Canal Ecological Conservation Project of Linzhou City of China Railway 15th Bureau Urban Construction Company successfully passed the completion acceptance of the five parties, marking the full completion and acceptance of the project after passing the acceptance of the experimental road supporting project in September 2023.
The project is 5.5 kilometers away from the Hongqi Canal, which is known as the "artificial Tianhe", and the project includes 5.7 kilometers of municipal roads, 5 bridges and 1 culvert, and 5 landscape and greening supporting projects. After completion, it will improve the surrounding municipal supporting facilities, realize the integration and mutual promotion of ecological protection and economic development, strengthen ecological protection cooperation with the surrounding areas, jointly enhance the ecological conservation function, promote the level of ecological conservation urbanization, let the municipal engineering promote the quality of the city, improve the ecological civilization literacy of citizens, and realize the beautiful picture of "blue and green interweaving, fresh and bright, harmonious people and water, and water and city integration".
The acceptance of the greening supporting projects mainly include the portal park, the landscape on both sides of the river north of the Linshu River, the landscape of the People's Street Sports Park, the landscape of the peripheral river of Taihang Water Town and the cultural memorial park, and other five landscape sub-projects, including green planting, garden road and square pavement, sculpture, landscape fountain, water and electricity, public toilets and other supporting facilities.
The greening supporting project is located between the road construction of the project and the river construction of other bid sections, and the working surface is greatly affected by other constructions. During the construction process, the project department fully implements the guiding ideology of "everything that affects our interests is our work", and actively cooperates with the owner to coordinate and solve the "stuck neck" problems such as the intersection of bids and the approval of land use while organizing the construction of the transferred area. In the face of the 4.6-kilometer regional landscape greening project in the riverside section in March 2023 with the conditions for full start-up, and the construction period requirements for full opening on May 1 of the same year, the project department reversed the construction period, arranged civil engineering and greening interspersed construction, and successfully completed all the greening construction tasks of the riverside section of the whole line in more than 40 days, handing in a satisfactory answer for the owner.
While promoting the construction of the project, the project department attaches great importance to scientific and technological innovation and excellence, and creatively adopts the soil mold technology in the construction of the 6*16 meter cast-in-place box girder of the No. 4 bridge on the experimental road, and has achieved good results. The project has successively received 3 letters of commendation from the owner, and the research on "improving the pass rate of the first inspection of the closed water test of the pipeline" won the second prize of the QC group of the Hebei Construction Industry Association in 2022, and obtained 2 construction methods of the group.
Now after the full completion, the Linhe Park is full of tourists, the green trees and shrubs are scattered, the large and small amusement park vegetation is mosaic, the trees and lawns are vibrant, and the lake surface is sparkling...... Walking in Linhe Park, bursts of "green" are coming, the city is in the forest, the road is in the trees, and the people are in the park, the whole city is like a natural oxygen bar, refreshing, happy and pleasant.
