On April 18, the groundbreaking ceremony of the second phase of the BOE Vietnam complete machine project undertaken by China Construction First Bureau was held, actively responding to the national "going out" development strategy and helping to build the "Belt and Road" with high quality. Nguyen Van Tho, Chairman of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, Vietnam, Nguyen Thi Cao N, Chairman and General Manager of Phu My 3 Special Industrial Zone, Chairman of BOE Tran Yan Shun, President Gao Van Bao, and Zuo Qiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of China Construction First Bureau, attended the ceremony.

Chen Yanshun, chairman of BOE, said in his speech that 2024 is the year of "standing" BOE towards the next 30-year journey, Vietnam is a strategic place for BOE's overseas layout, and the smart terminal business is an important focus of BOE's Internet of Things transformation.
