Recently, the competitive consultation announcement on the financial supervision of the temporary supporting project of the demonstration area line and the co-linear section of the Beiqing Highway was released.
The reconstruction and expansion project of Beiqing Highway (Waiqingsong Highway-Huaxu Highway) and the demonstration area line are roughly from Waiqingsong Highway in the west to the east of Xinfeng South Road in the east.
This bidding is the financial supervision of the temporary supporting project of the demonstration area line and the co-linear section of the Beiqing Highway.
According to the tender announcement, the temporary supporting projects of the co-linear section of the demonstration area line and Beiqing Highway mainly include roads and ancillary works: Huaqing Road Station (1-5 stage guidance), Xule North Road Station (1-2 stage guidance), Zhaozhong Highway Station (1-2 stage guidance), Songying Road West Excavation Section (1-2 stage guidance), Zhaozhong Highway - Huaqing Road Section Liaison Passage (1-Reset Stage Guidance), G1503 Reinforcement Point, Dacaohe Bridge (1-Reset Stage Guidance), Drainage Engineering: Huaqing Road Station (1-5 Phase Relocation), G1503 node + Dacao River, Zhaozhong Highway (1st stage relocation), Xule North Road Station (1st stage relocation).
The total investment is 425.5543 million yuan (about 426 million yuan).
In other words, this financial supervision is to supervise how to make reasonable use of the 426 million yuan.
One of the projects includes a "temporary" road, which means that the Beiqing Highway will continue to function as a traffic artery during the construction period.
The budget amount (yuan) of this financial supervision bidding is 2280882.00 (about 2.2809 million yuan).
The performance period of the contract shall be from the date of signing the contract to the date of approval of the audit and the final financial accounts of the completion of the contract.
The announcement did not specify a specific date for compliance. However, not long ago, it was mentioned in the civil construction bidding for the reconstruction and expansion project of Beiqing Highway (Waiqingsong Highway - Huaxu Highway) that the overall civil construction period of the project is 1325 calendar days, and the completion time is expected to be in 2028.
The time to obtain the bidding documents is from April 18, 2024 to April 25, 2024.
The deadline for submission of response documents (bid opening) is 14:00 on April 29, 2024.
In addition, today (20th) the Beiqing Highway (Waiqingsong Highway-Huaxu Highway) reconstruction and expansion project also initiated the civil construction supervision. The supervision service period is as long as 2055 calendar days, which is 730 days longer than the previous bidding for civil construction of 1325 calendar days, which is equivalent to a supervision service period of about 5 and a half years.
The maximum bid limit set by this supervision bidding is 21.4761 million yuan.
The deadline for submitting bid documents is 15:30 on May 14, 2024.
