Second, it is necessary to comprehensively carry out the investigation of hidden dangers in disasters to ensure that all kinds of hidden dangers can be discovered, prevented and dealt with as soon as possible. Combined with the actual work, carry out inspections and inspections, implement disaster prevention and emergency response measures, grasp the trend of hidden dangers, and delineate dangerous areas in a timely manner. It is necessary to focus on key areas such as along highways, tourist attractions, water conservancy projects, and construction sites, and pay close attention to dangerous areas such as high slopes, dangerous mountains, slope-cutting and building sites, mountain torrent gully mouths, and riversides, so as to prevent disasters such as collapses, landslides, and subsidence caused by rain and snow. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the operation and management of flood drainage facilities, organize the dredging of urban rivers and drainage pipe networks in a timely manner, and pay close attention to key parts and densely populated areas such as underpass tunnels, culverts, underground spaces, construction sites, low-lying and flood-prone areas, and dilapidated houses, so as to rush and drain stagnant water in a timely manner. The third is to strengthen emergency preparedness. The early warning department should timely and accurately release early warning forecasts and safety precaution information, and all townships and relevant units should combine the actual situation of the dangerous situation, consolidate responsibilities, refine prevention measures, improve emergency plans, supervise and guide all kinds of rescue teams to make emergency response preparations, and ensure that once a disaster occurs, it can respond quickly and efficiently. Fourth, strengthen emergency duty. Strictly implement the 24-hour on-the-job duty and leadership system to ensure that the personnel on duty are on duty, in place, and in status.
