On the occasion of the 9th National Security Education Day on April 15, 2024, in order to thoroughly implement the overall national security concept and improve the national security awareness and literacy of all teachers and students, the teachers and students of our school carried out a publicity and education activity with the theme of "the overall national security concept, the 10th anniversary of innovation and leadership" with the concept of national security interests above all else, and combined with the actual situation of school education.
In order to ensure that the publicity activities are solid and effective, the school has set up a National Security Education Day Publicity Working Group with Xiang Jianwen, Secretary of the Party Branch, as the team leader, and each class teacher as a specific member, which is responsible for the coordination, organization, guidance and supervision of the activities.
In order to further enhance the national security concept of teachers and students in the school, our school has promoted a series of national security theme publicity and education to students and parents through the rolling broadcast of advertising screens.
Each class made full use of the class meeting time to organize and carry out national security education activities with the theme of "Overall National Security Concept, Innovation and Leading the 10th Anniversary". Combined with national security laws and regulations and cases, the homeroom teacher introduced the importance of national security to the students in simple terms, guided the students to establish a correct concept of national security, and enhanced their national security awareness and sense of responsibility.
The school uses campus radio, electronic display screens and other media to broadcast audio and video materials related to national security education, so that students can also receive national security education in their spare time. At the same time, the school also organized students to watch a special film on national security education, which made students deeply aware of the importance of national security through vivid pictures and real cases.
Through the study of the 9th National Security Education Day, the teachers and students of our school have a deeper understanding of national security knowledge, and we believe that under the guidance of the "new national security concept" in the new era, Chinese ships that are moving forward through the waves can have a stronger security barrier.
National security education is a long-term and arduous task. Our university will continue to strengthen national security education, and continuously improve the national security awareness and literacy of teachers and students through various forms of activities, so as to lay a solid foundation for cultivating outstanding talents with a sense of social responsibility and national mission.
