1) Grassroots treatment:
Clean the surface of the wall base layer, chisel the protruding part that affects the installation of the skeleton locally, check the strength and compactness of the facing base and the structural layer, and meet the requirements of the design specifications.
2) Put the control line:
Before the construction of ceramic tile dry hanging, the 100cm horizontal control line and the elevation line of each layer of ceramic tiles should be popped out on the training body according to the design elevation, and the installation position of the rear steel rice should be determined according to the elastic line of the tile grid diagram.
3) Pick Tiles:
After the tile arrives at the scene, it is necessary to inspect it, including the material, processing quality, pattern and size of the tile, etc., and pick out the defective tiles such as large color difference, missing edges and corners, and collapsed edges, and then replace them.
4) Pre-arranged bricks:
The selected tiles are numbered according to the use of parts and installation order, and the pre-arrangement is selected in a relatively flat site, and the plates are stored for later use by number after the completion of this work.
5) Install the skeleton:
The galvanized angle steel is used as the skeleton, and the skeleton is discharged according to the size required by the design and plate before installation, and the mounting holes of the skeleton are drilled out and brushed with anti-rust paint.
Expansion bolts are used to fix the L50 angle steel on the wall to make the skeleton, and the welding place is required to be fully welded, and the anti-rust paint is brushed after removing the welding slag. When installing the skeleton, attention should be paid to ensuring the verticality and flatness, and the line control should be pulled to make the wall or room square.
6) Install aluminum alloy pendant:
Adjust the pendant according to the specifications of the tile, process it according to the design requirements, connect it with the skeleton by using screws, and install the pendant firmly.
7) Tile opening:
Before the tile is installed, the hole is opened on the back surface, and the depth of the hole is determined according to the size of the pendant, and the general requirement is not less than 8mm. In order to ensure that the slotting does not collapse, the distance between the opening and the edge is 1/4 and the length of the side is not less than 50mm.
Pay attention to clean the lime in the tank to ensure that the glue is firmly bonded.
8) Tile Installation:
Starting from the bottom floor, gently place the tile on the pendant according to the number of the tile, adjust the exact position, and immediately clean the hole, and fix it with an expansion bolt and H-shaped fixing.
Tighten the bolts after correcting the verticality and flatness of the plate, pay attention to the handover and interface, and ensure that the tile is installed and intersected.
9) Cleanup:
After the brick is hooked, use cotton yarn and other soft objects to preliminarily clean the dirt on the surface of the vitrified brick, and then use a wallpaper knife and cotton yarn to clean the surface of the tile after the glue solidifies.
Waxing should generally be carried out according to the use of wax operation methods, in principle, hard wax, soft wax, uniform and not revealing the background color, consistent color, clean surface.
