On April 17, the Qujing City Four Branch Committee of the Peasants' and Workers' Party and the Health Party Branch of Qujing Maternal and Child Health Hospital went to Tuchang Village, Yangchang Town, Xuanwei City to carry out health knowledge and free clinic services into the campus and rural areas. A total of 22 CPC members, peasants' and workers' party members, cadres and workers from the gynecology, obstetrics, traditional Chinese medicine, ultrasound and other departments of the Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital participated in the event.
Feng Lin, member of the Party Committee and vice president of Qujing Maternal and Child Health Hospital, and Zhu Hongyan, member of the Qujing Municipal Committee of the Peasants and Workers Party and director of the Children's Respiratory Department of the Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital, carried out training on "Prevention and Treatment of Common Diseases in Women" and "Self-identification, Prevention and Treatment of Common Diseases in Children" for all teachers of the school, and carried out drills and training on the "Heimlich" first aid method.
In the Tuchang Village Committee, the medical service team gives full play to its professional advantages to carry out diagnosis, diagnosis and treatment health services such as initial diagnosis of basic diseases and popularization of drug knowledge for pregnant women, left-behind elderly, children and women, and carries out X-ray examinations, ultrasound examinations, blood tests and other inspection and testing medical services. The free clinic service served more than 200 people in Tuchang Village, distributed more than 100 boxes of commonly used family medicines for free, and carried out health knowledge publicity and popularization. The masses gave a thumbs up to the free clinic service team, hoping that such good activities could be carried out frequently.
This joint social service activity with the CPC branch is the second branch co-construction activity of the four branch committees in 2024, which has enhanced the cohesion of the Peasants' and Workers' Party branch, improved the level of maternal and child health care work, and built a good platform for the double post contribution of the Peasants' and Workers' Party members.
