The broad masses of party members, especially party-member leading cadres, must learn from discipline and discipline, enhance their sense of discipline, be strict with themselves, strictly assume their responsibilities, strictly manage their jurisdiction, and keep the bottom line of discipline.

Earnestly learn and believe

From the perspective of the development of the party organization itself, true learning, true faith, knowledge and discipline are the requirements for enhancing the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the party organization. Mission attraction, target incentives, and discipline are the three major elements of the cohesion and combat effectiveness of party organizations. From the point of view of the relationship between the party organizations and the masses, true study and true faith, knowledge and discipline are the requirements for close relations between the party and the masses. Only with strict discipline and a strong work style can the party organization establish an image among the masses and attract the masses to work together. The style of the party determines the will of the people. Party spirit is the external manifestation of the party's style, and if the party spirit is not pure, problems of the party's style will emerge one after another, damaging the party's image and undermining the relationship between the party and the masses. Party spirit, party style, and party discipline are an organic whole. "Party spirit is the foundation, party style is the performance, and party discipline is the guarantee. With a strict tone, our party has "adhered to the party spirit, party style, and party discipline at the same time", promoted party members and cadres to strengthen party spirit in the course of upright conduct and discipline, established a correct outlook on the masses, and ensured that the development of the party's cause can draw infinite strength from the masses.

Keep the bottom line of discipline

The newly revised disciplinary regulations regulate each of the six types of party discipline and draw an insurmountable bottom line for party organizations and party members. All discipline norms are concentrated on the three major elements that ensure the party's strong ability to act: maintaining the party's unity and unity, providing an organizational guarantee for the realization of national rejuvenation; being loyal to the party, safeguarding the party's leadership and long-term ruling position, and providing a political guarantee for the realization of national rejuvenation; and standing firm on the people's stand, rectifying formalism, and gathering majestic forces for the realization of national rejuvenation. Stand firmly on the people's stand and resolutely rectify formalism. The people's stand is the party's fundamental political stand. Party members, especially leading cadres, must always put the people in the highest position in their hearts, embody their concern for the masses and the people in all aspects of the whole process of performing their duties and responsibilities, firmly establish a concept of political achievements for the benefit of the people, and take winning the hearts and minds of the people and gathering the wisdom and strength of the people as an important focus of promoting healthy practices and discipline. The "four winds" problem, especially formalism, is constantly mutating invisibly, increasing the burden on the grassroots. The newly revised "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China" prescribe the right medicine, improve relevant discipline norms, rectify formalism and reduce the burden on the grassroots, so that the recurring old problems are gradually reduced, so that new problems are difficult to spread, and promote the normalization and long-term effect of the construction of work style. Rectifying formalism should start with the leading organs and from the leading cadres. It is necessary to integrate into daily life, grasp it regularly, insist on finding out what problems there are, discovering what problems and solving problems, and must not conceal, simplify, or adapt. It is necessary to move the real character, make practical moves, seek practical results, promote hard work with a good style, strengthen the style with hard work, and dare to take on good deeds.

Make discipline a habit

Only by strictly enforcing party discipline, strengthening party discipline building, implementing the general requirements of party building in the new era, and building the party into a vigorous Marxist ruling party can we ensure that the party will be in power for a long time. For party members, strict party discipline is strict management and love. Establish and strict party discipline, strengthen discipline education for party members, strengthen discipline enforcement, adhere to strict standards for cadres, manage cadres with strict measures, and restrain cadres with strict discipline, so that party members and cadres know awe, guard against fear, abide by the bottom line, and get used to working and living in a supervised and constrained environment, which is conducive to finding problems and correcting them in a timely manner, and dealing with violations of discipline immediately, so as to prevent small mistakes of party members from becoming big mistakes, and the evolution and deterioration of disciplinary violations into violations.

Discipline education is integrated into daily life. Party organizations should integrate the discipline education of party members into daily life and grasp it regularly, especially strictly implement the system of organizational life within the party, and enhance the political, contemporary, principled, and combative nature of the party's political life;

Enhance the seriousness of party discipline. Once the discipline is introduced, it is an iron rule. First, it is necessary to improve the enforcement of party discipline. We must not treat discipline as a dead letter on the shelf, but must "let the iron rules exert force and let the prohibitions flourish" to ensure that all discipline norms are enforced. Prevent "just talking, writing on paper, and hanging on the wall", and prevent arbitrary adaptation and malicious circumvention. In the whole process of formulating party rules, party discipline education, and discipline supervision, strict requirements must be implemented, so that cadres can pay attention, be vigilant, and know what to do, dispel the "luck" mentality, and form a high degree of consciousness of abiding by rules and disciplines. Second, we must insist that everyone is equal before party discipline. There are no special party members in the party who are not subject to party discipline. Every party member must put party discipline in the forefront and restrain words and deeds at all times and in all places.
