At the Everbright Domestic Waste Incineration Power Plant, Yang Chengxin visited the central control room, garbage bin and other places to learn more about the situation of residual fly ash landfill and medical waste disposal by listening to reports and watching surveillance videos. Yang Chengxin emphasized that it is necessary to firmly establish the concept of ecological priority and green development, fully recycle domestic waste, turn waste into treasure, and maximize the benefits of enterprise development and environmental protection. Zhaoyang District and relevant departments should do a good job in project land planning, fund declaration and other guarantee work, provide factor guarantee for promoting the development of waste treatment-related industries, and ensure the safety, environmental protection, stable operation and sustainable development of domestic waste incineration power generation projects.
