In 2023, public security organs across the country will thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, combined with the actual situation of public security work, create a large number of excellent video works that reflect public security work, team building and advanced deeds of people's police and auxiliary police, and carry out a series of live broadcast activities, which have won wide attention and praise from the society. Based on this, China Police Network organized the 7th Police Video Exhibition and Broadcast Activity, which received more than 1,200 video works submitted by 278 public security organs across the country, with more than 400 million views. After the end of the exhibition and broadcast activities, China Police Network invited industry experts from Xinhua News Agency, China Central Radio and Television, China News Service and other units to score the works, combined with the submitted materials through Kuaishou, Alipay Life Account, Douyin, Weibo, and Video Account Communication Power Assignment, according to the popular creative video, public security micro film boutique case, live video boutique case, creative talent and other 9 categories, screened out 150 excellent video boutique cases, 20 live broadcast activity boutique cases and 20 outstanding creators.
Representatives of the Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Department exchanged experiences on the production of creative videos for the Asian Games.
Representatives of the Suzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau shared their experience on the creative live broadcast of cultural activities in the police barracks.
Representatives of the Hong Kong Police had an interactive exchange on the production of micro-films.
At the experience exchange meeting, representatives of the police video creation team of the Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Department, the Suzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau of Jiangsu Province and the Haining Municipal Public Security Bureau exchanged and shared their experiences on creative video planning, creative live broadcast of police barracks cultural activities, popular and warm news production and the construction of a media center, and the Hong Kong Police exchanged views on micro-film production. Representatives of the Kuaishou platform and the Alipay platform respectively put forward suggestions on amplifying the authoritative voice of government affairs, telling police stories well, and innovating digital government content. Relevant experts commented and discussed on the creation and dissemination of police videos, providing a useful reference for public security organs to further improve the level of video creation and publicity.
At the meeting, from the dimensions of video work release cycle, content dissemination, communication form innovation and account service function, China Police Network, together with Kuaishou platform and Alipay platform, released the list of "2023 Public Security System Creative Communication Kuaishou Account" and "2023 Alipay Annual Innovative Public Security Life Account".
