Leading by example and educating people with love is her management philosophy and code of conduct as the "parent" of this big family. She is always the first to show up in the kindergarten every morning to greet every teacher and child, and the last to leave the kindergarten every night after a full safety check.
Engaging in education has always been Pan Lei's dream. Since graduating from Hubei Provincial Preschool Normal School in 1998 and coming to the Municipal Traffic Experimental Kindergarten, she has been rooted in the hot land of early childhood education.
In Pan Lei's view, every child is unique and different, and the teacher's words and deeds are directly related to the formation of children's emotions, attitudes and personalities, which will affect the development of children's lives.
Therefore, she keeps in mind the original intention of "let every child have a happy childhood" and "love every child like a mother", treats every child equally in daily teaching, carefully captures their interests and advantages, and develops the natural potential of each child, so that the innocent children can spend a good childhood here and fasten the first button of life.
In 2018, the state vigorously supported preschool education, which is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for kindergartens. But for Pan Lei, who has just taken office and is still in the probationary period of the principal, it is a great challenge.
"I had never been exposed to infrastructure work before, and the second child was less than a year old at the time, but if I gave up the special funds for personal reasons, the later development of the kindergarten would be hindered. In October 2018, under her promotion, the Luoyun Famous Teacher Studio of the Municipal Traffic Experimental Kindergarten was established, which is the first preschool education famous teacher studio in our city.
