On April 17, the report meeting of "Tianfu Education Lecture Hall" in Tianfu New Area, Sichuan Province was held in Xiangshan Middle School. There is an urgent need for education to play a leading role in personnel training and scientific and technological innovation. Su Yunsheng, Ph.D. of urban planning, registered planner, executive dean of Shanghai International Institute of Design and Innovation of Tongji University, practical professor and doctoral supervisor of Shanghai International Institute of Design and Innovation of Tongji University, and associate dean of the School of Design and Innovation of Tongji University, was invited to give a report entitled "Design Innovation Leads the Future - Educational Innovation and New Productivity Development under Industrial Integration" around "New Quality Productivity and Future Education".
At the report site, Su Yunsheng enthusiastically interacted with the teachers and students present, shared the successful cases of scientific and technological transformation of Shanghai International Institute of Design Innovation and global universities in AI, metaverse, smart buildings, etc., and focused on the product system of "Huoyan Laboratory" air film negative pressure anti-epidemic isolation space, encouraging teachers and students in the new area to think together and jointly explore the feasible path of education to empower new quality productivity.
In March this year, Tianfu New Area was awarded the first batch of national primary and secondary school science education experimental zones by the Ministry of Education, promoting the formation of a science education work system with horizontal coordination, vertical integration, school main body and multi-party participation, and promoting the integrated development of education, science and technology, and talents. In the future, the new area will fully develop scientific and technological innovation, build a multi-level, diversified and all-round science education system, stimulate the vitality and endogenous power of high-quality development of education, and empower new quality productivity.
More than 700 people attended the report meeting, including the chief expert of the comprehensive education reform of Sichuan Tianfu New Area, the chief principal of primary and secondary schools, the pilot principal of the education group, the secretary of the party organization, the head of the school (park), the deputy head of the school (park), the science (science and innovation) teacher and researcher of the Academy of Education and Science, the school science (science and technology) teachers and high school student representatives.
