In order to further study and implement the spirit of the new curriculum standards and promote the improvement of teachers' professional level and teaching ability, this week's teaching and research activities were held as scheduled.

Mathematics group

The "Classification and Sorting" taught by Mr. Liu Zhenping fully mobilized the enthusiasm and initiative of students in learning, allowing students to classify through group cooperation and hands-on operation, and know the truth that according to different standards, the results of the division are different, but the total number remains the same.

The "Reasoning" taught by Mr. Yu Zhongfa enables students to master one of the most important strategies of reasoning in the process of the game - elimination, so as to guide students to make simple reasoning step by step. At the end, the group worked together to design a reasoning game, which ignited the students' enthusiasm for learning.

Teacher Wang Ying's "Rotation" enables students to progress around the three elements of rotation, so that students can clearly express how objects rotate.

Teacher Wang Neng's "Understanding Decimals" is to let students discover decimals from life situations, guide students to observe, analyze, and discover laws, and form correct appearances, so as to summarize the method of reading and writing decimals.

Listen to lectures and study classes

On Tuesday afternoon, all the Chinese teachers gathered in the classroom of Class 2 (3) and began today's lecture journey with anticipation and curiosity. Before the lecture, Director Wang Fang distributed manuscript papers and assigned tasks to all the teachers, asking each teacher to put forward two constructive suggestions for this lesson, aiming to improve the teaching level.

"Elephant's Ears" taught by Ms. Ma Lina vividly presents the content of the text in front of everyone in a way of explaining with emotion. The children listened attentively and actively raised their hands to speak, and the classroom atmosphere was both serious and lively.

Lecture communication

In the second session, the teachers had an in-depth exchange on the collective lesson preparation activities at this stage. Each teacher carefully prepared their own lecture content, and elaborated in detail from the aspects of teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, etc., and constantly collided with sparks of ideas in the exchange, and also gained a lot of valuable teaching experience.

Chalk word contest

After the lecture exchange, all the Chinese teachers came to the calligraphy room to conduct a teacher's chalk word competition.

Each teacher held their own small blackboard and wrote Chinese characters stroke by stroke, some of the handwriting was neat and beautiful, and some of them looked vigorous and powerful, observing and learning from each other, and feeling the charm of Chinese characters together.

Although the activity ended, the classroom teaching did not stop, and the reflection and exchange and discussion did not stop. We will put our long-cherished wishes and thoughts on the curriculum into our bags and continue to work together on the road of education and teaching.
