  The construction of Haihe Education Park is a microcosm of Tianjin's deepening supply-side structural reform of vocational education. Not long ago, the "Tianjin Vocational Education Industry and Education Integration Promotion Regulations" was promulgated, which is the first local regulation on the integration of vocational education industry and education in the country. The regulations make it clear that the Municipal People's Government shall strengthen the leadership of the integration of industry and education in vocational education, improve and improve the work coordination mechanism, and study and solve major problems in the integration of industry and education in vocational education.

  Nowadays, more and more people realize that vocational education cannot be simply understood as education run by vocational schools, but is a systematic project, involving the government, industry, enterprises, schools and other aspects, and should be planned from a higher position.

  It is an important task to deepen the construction and reform of the modern vocational education system at the provincial level and promote high-quality development with reform breakthroughs at the provincial level. According to reports, at present, the Ministry of Education has worked with 8 provinces to build a new model pilot for the construction of a provincial modern vocational education system.

  "Focusing on the national strategy, playing a coordinating role, highlighting local characteristics, and the joint construction of provinces and ministries has been steadily promoted. For example, Heilongjiang Province has given full play to the supporting role of vocational education in the development of modern agriculture, the construction of modern rural areas, and the cultivation of modern farmers, and has served the national food security; Hunan Province has focused on advantageous industries such as construction machinery and rail transit equipment, and has served the construction of important national advanced manufacturing highlands. The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Education said that the next step will be to select provinces with good conditions and strong willingness to reform and explore, negotiate and determine the pilot tasks province by province, and gradually expand the scope of provincial pilots.

  Enterprises are directly involved in the development of education and teaching resources

"Let enterprises deeply participate in the whole process of talent training in vocational colleges, so that vocational education can truly run schools around the needs of the industry and serve the construction of a modern industrial system.   How to do a good job in vocational education, change the situation that the integration of industry and education is not deep, and the school-enterprise cooperation is hot and cold? Vigorously promote the construction of the city-wide industry-education consortium and the industry-education integration community, and build a platform for enterprises to directly participate in the development of education and teaching resources. It is understood that in the past year, through the construction of a national-level municipal industry-education consortium and an industry-education integration community, nearly 12,000 teachers have entered the enterprise for practice, more than 6,000 high-skilled talents have entered the school to teach, more than 2,400 courses have been optimized and updated, and more than 500 high-quality training courses have been transformed into school courses, and vocational education resources have become increasingly rich.

  Enhance the key school-running capacity of vocational schools

A few days ago, Zhejiang Province issued the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of a Modern Vocational Education System" to encourage high-level universities to recruit top-notch innovative students for secondary vocational education and smooth the training channel for vocational education students with professional degrees.

  Deepening the reform of the construction of the modern vocational education system is, in the final analysis, to serve the all-round development of people, so that students with different endowments and needs can choose and diversify their talents. Based on this, it is particularly important to focus on the self-reliance and self-improvement of vocational education and improve the key school-running capabilities of vocational schools.

  According to reports, at present, in the new generation of information technology and other six key areas of advanced manufacturing, 84 professional course reform pilots have been steadily promoted; the "vocational education national training" demonstration project has been launched, and 213 national "double-teacher" teacher and principal training bases have been selected and determined; the special training plan for vocational education field engineers has been implemented, and 540 projects have been declared; the vocational education college entrance examination program has been gradually improved, and the enrollment scale of application-oriented undergraduate schools in the vocational education college entrance examination has been expanding......

  The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Education said that it is necessary to deepen the integration of industry and education as a breakthrough, to promote the integration of vocational education as the key point, to promote the integration of science and education as a new direction, and to accelerate the construction of a government-led, multi-participatory, demand-driven, open and integrated modern vocational education system.
