It is understood that the local 500 thousand volt Doufan line is an important transmission line connecting the Fancheng substation and providing power supply for Xiangyang City. In the previous investigation of potential safety hazards, it was found that there were 25 acres of shrubs on the line passage and the safety distance of the line was less than 10 meters, and there were major safety hazards. The Xiangzhou District Power Supply Company quickly carried out rectification. After a week of clean-up work, 25 acres of shrub barriers under the 500 kV Doufan line were eradicated.
Camellia oleifera, as a cash crop, prevents mountain fires, solves the contradiction between thread trees, and brings benefits to the villagers. It is understood that more than 1,000 Camellia oleifera planted this year will be able to bear fruit and achieve economic benefits after three years.
It is reported that the recent Xiangzhou power supply company has carried out more than 100 acres of forest fire resistance in the whole region, through the combination of "civil air defense + technical defense + physical defense" preventive measures, normalized transmission line fire prevention, anti-external damage management, build a solid power supply security "firewall", keep the green safety line, and ensure the safe operation of the power grid.
