The expert judges are composed of 30 people, including industry experts, travel experts, travel media reporters, self-driving experts, senior bar fans, etc. (in their personal capacity), and the judges strictly abide by the regulations of the 9th Top Ten Selection Organizing Committee in the core spirit of fairness and justice:
- 1. Expert judge avoidance mechanism: The expert judge must be himself or his or her who has no participation route;
- 2. All entries received by the judges have no author introduction and number, and there is no obvious author watermark on the photos;
- 3. The judges will score the entries independently, and after the organizing committee working group receives the judges' scores, the highest score and the lowest score of the same entry will be removed by one, and the average score will be taken to obtain the final judges' scores.
Through the above core regulations, the authenticity and fairness of the selection process and results are ensured!

He loves to travel, especially advocating self-driving travel, free and easy, and does whatever he wants. For more than 30 years since obtaining a driver's license in 1992, the wheel imprints of self-driving tourism have spread all over 31 provinces on the mainland of the motherland, and in 2003, he traveled to Xinjiang and Tibet for the first time, and in 2021, he realized the dream of driving around China for 100 consecutive days. Expert in the early planning, organization and theory of the Chinese Automobile Club. Since 2012, he has served as the chairman of the China Self-driving Tourism Alliance and the vice president of the self-driving tour and camping branch of the China Tourism Vehicle and Cruise Association. In June 2018, he was hired as the chief consultant of self-driving tours of the self-driving tour and camping and RV branch of the China Tourism Vehicle and Cruise Association, and in 2002, he founded the Beijing Target Action Automobile Club, planned and designed hundreds of excellent self-driving routes, and personally led the team to drive various vehicles through the vast territory of China and abroad, with a total mileage of more than 1 million kilometers. Founder of Daxiong Tour, advocate and practitioner of traveling around China, freelance photographer, freelance writer, the first 99-day solo car without support uninterrupted traveler around China, and the third place in the 4th China's Top Ten Most Popular Self-driving Route Competition.
