In the past few days, the rain has increased significantly, the morning is still a big sun, it rained heavily in the afternoon, and the day before yesterday there was a big hail, this kind of strong convective weather, but also shows that the warm air is coming, and the temperature is slowly rising.
The solar term of Gu Yu is related to rain, and the increase in rain is a good time to regulate the spleen and stomach. Nourish the spleen and stomach so that nutrients can be better absorbed, thereby enhancing physical fitness and improving our immunity. In our local area, there is a saying that "Gu Yu drinks a soup, and he doesn't work for the doctor's help", what does this "soup" mean?
This soup is actually fish soup, fish soup has the effect of tonifying the spleen, diluting water, dispelling dampness, and is rich in protein, which can nourish the body and enhance immunity.
Let's share 3 dishes below, the better fish soup I have made, let's take a look~
1. Fish head tofu soup
Ingredients: fish head, tofu, green onion and ginger.
1. Clean the fish head, and then wipe the water on the surface of the fish head with a paper towel. Cut the tofu into cubes, then cut some green onions and ginger for later use.
2. Heat the oil, add the fish head, fry for 5 minutes on one side, then turn over and continue to fry for 5 minutes, and put it in the casserole after frying.
3. Continue to fry the tofu in the pan, fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides, and then put it on the fish head in the casserole.
4. Add water to the casserole, add green onion and ginger and cooking wine, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
5. After simmering, you only need to add salt and monosodium glutamate to taste, sprinkle some pepper, and some chopped green onions.
2. White radish and yellow croaker soup
Ingredients: small yellow croaker, white radish, white corn, green onion and ginger.
1. After cleaning the small yellow croaker and cleaning the belly of the fish, rinse off the black film, and then wipe it dry for later use.
2. Heat the oil, add the small yellow croaker and fry it for about two or three minutes.
3. Then pour a circle of cooking wine, add some hot water, add a little coconut white to make it fresh, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer for more than 10 minutes.
4. Add shredded white radish, cook for 3 minutes, finally add salt and monosodium glutamate to taste, and sprinkle some chopped green onions before cooking.
3. Milk white fish soup
Ingredients: 1 black fish, green onion and ginger.
1. The fish slices of the black fish are good, squeeze out the water after washing, and then add salt, pepper and cooking wine to grasp and mix evenly. Add the egg whites and cornstarch and grasp well and let the fish fillets coat with batter.
2. Heat the oil, wash the remaining fish bones and fry them in the pan, fry until golden brown, then mash and continue to fry, add some green onions and ginger to remove the fish.
3. Then pour in boiling water, add a spoonful of cooking wine to remove the smell, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes, and simmer until the fish soup is milky white.
4. After the stewed fish broth, remove the fish bone residue and add salt, pepper and monosodium glutamate to taste.
5. Put the marinated fish fillets into the pot and cook, cook for about 2 minutes, remove from the pot after cooking, and sprinkle some chopped green onions.
