On April 16, the reporter learned from the Anhui Provincial Market Supervision Bureau that the bureau recently issued a notice that from April 11 to the end of October this year, it will deploy a special guardian action to carry out price supervision and inspection in the tourism field throughout the province, focusing on key links, key objects and key periods in the tourism field, investigating and punishing price violations in accordance with the law, further creating a healthy and orderly tourism market price environment, helping to stimulate the vitality of tourism consumption, and continuing to promote the high-quality development of tourism in Anhui Province.

The inspection focuses on the sales of tourism commodities, hotels, homestays, restaurants and other operators and their online tourism platforms in scenic spots, parking lots and their surroundings above 4A level (including 4A).

It is important to investigate and deal with the behavior of scenic spots and related industry business entities that fail to publicize the charging information in a conspicuous position, and the operators of tourism commodity sales, restaurants, hotels, and other businesses who sell goods at a higher price than the marked price, and use the vague expression of "seasonal price" and do not clearly mark the price in accordance with the regulations; Conduct price fraud by means of false price discounts, false price comparisons, low bids and high settlements, as well as other unfair price behaviors prohibited by laws and regulations, such as fabricating and disseminating information on price increases, and raising prices.

The notice requires that the municipal and provincial county (city) bureaus carry out full coverage inspections of 5A-level scenic spots within their jurisdictions, carry out "double random" spot checks and inspections of 4A-level scenic spots in a proportion of not less than 30%, and carry out inspections on other charging scenic spots in combination with their own actual conditions;
